【摘要】:在氣測錄井中,傳統(tǒng)的攪拌式電動脫氣器存在體積大、影響因素多、脫氣不定量等問題,傳統(tǒng)氣測錄井存在檢測組分少導(dǎo)致信息不充足等缺點。針對上述問題威德福公司研發(fā)的GC-Tracer半透膜多組分氣體檢測系統(tǒng),采用半透膜脫氣器代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)攪拌式電動脫氣器,具有體積小、安裝靈活、脫氣效率穩(wěn)定、受外界干擾小等優(yōu)點;多組分氣體檢測系統(tǒng)可在60s內(nèi)實現(xiàn)C_1-C_8、苯和甲苯、二氧化碳的檢測,大幅增加了地層檢測信息量。現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,以定量脫氣及多組分氣體檢測為基礎(chǔ),可準(zhǔn)確發(fā)現(xiàn)油氣層,快速精確評價地層含油氣信息,能更好地服務(wù)于勘探開發(fā),在深海錄井、非常規(guī)錄井、欠平衡錄井、混油鉆井液錄井等方面具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In gas logging, the traditional agitated electric degassing device has many problems, such as large volume, many influencing factors and unquantitative degassing, etc. The traditional gas logging has some shortcomings, such as insufficient information due to the lack of detection components and so on. To solve the above problems, the GC-Tracer semi-permeable multicomponent gas detection system developed by Weidford Company has the advantages of small volume, flexible installation, stable degassing efficiency and little interference from the outside world by using semi-permeable membrane degassing device instead of the traditional stirred electric degassing device. The multicomponent gas detection system can realize the detection of C _ 1-C _ S _ 8, benzene and toluene, carbon dioxide in 60 s, which greatly increases the information of stratum detection. The field application results show that based on quantitative degassing and multicomponent gas detection, oil and gas layers can be accurately found, and oil and gas information can be evaluated quickly and accurately, which can better serve exploration and development, and can be used in deep-sea logging and non-conventional logging. Underbalanced mud logging and mixed oil drilling fluid logging have good application prospects.
