填料在粗;退蛛x器中的作用效果及優(yōu)選

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國(guó)絕大部分油田都已進(jìn)入特高含水開(kāi)發(fā)期,提高常規(guī)沉降分離設(shè)備的處理效率、研發(fā)和應(yīng)用低成本的油水分離技術(shù)成為亟待解決的問(wèn)題。粗;退蛛x技術(shù)是通過(guò)在油水分離器中裝入聚結(jié)填料來(lái)提高油水分離效率的采出液處理方法,其因操作簡(jiǎn)單方便、投資成本低且無(wú)二次污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn)越來(lái)越受到研究人員關(guān)注。本文針對(duì)目前粗;退蛛x技術(shù)的主要難點(diǎn)既聚結(jié)填料的優(yōu)選進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。首先依據(jù)聚結(jié)機(jī)理通過(guò)接觸角測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn)從眾多聚結(jié)材料中優(yōu)選出不銹鋼材質(zhì)作為填料材質(zhì)。進(jìn)而通過(guò)調(diào)研及液體在填料中的流動(dòng)形態(tài)模擬計(jì)算優(yōu)選出波紋板作為填料基本空間構(gòu)型。在材料優(yōu)選及初步空間構(gòu)型優(yōu)選的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用小型油水分離器進(jìn)行室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),從理論計(jì)算與實(shí)際分離實(shí)驗(yàn)兩方面綜合對(duì)比CY250及CY350兩種不銹鋼波紋板填料的油水分離效率。從采出液含油量、油滴粒徑分布、進(jìn)液流量、填料比表面積、板組長(zhǎng)度等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較分析研究影響聚結(jié)分離效果的因素并優(yōu)選出CY350為最優(yōu)粗;退蛛x器填料。CY350具有最優(yōu)化的比表面積,對(duì)于水相流動(dòng)阻力較小,不僅油水分離效果好,且使用剛度和耐用度更高,不易損壞、便于安裝和管理。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the oil fields in our country have entered a highly high water cut development period. It is an urgent problem to improve the processing efficiency of conventional sedimentation separation equipment and to develop and apply low cost oil and water separation technology. The crude oil and water separation technology is the extraction liquid which can improve the oil and water separation efficiency by loading the coalescing packing in the oil-water separator. With the advantages of simple and convenient operation, low investment cost and no two pollution, this paper is concerned with the main difficulties of coarse grained oil and water separation technology, which is the main difficulty of the main difficulty of coalescence packing. The stainless steel material is selected as the filler material. Then the corrugated plate is selected as the basic space configuration of the packing through the investigation and the flow pattern simulation of the liquid in the filler. On the basis of the selection of material and the initial space configuration optimization, the small oil water separator is applied for laboratory testing, and the two parties are calculated from the theory and the actual separation experiment. The oil and water separation efficiency of two kinds of stainless steel corrugated plate packing with CY250 and CY350 is compared. The factors affecting the coalescence separation effect are compared and analyzed from the oil content of the produced liquid, the distribution of oil droplets, the flow flow, the surface area of the packing, the length of the plate group and so on, and the optimization of the CY350 as the packing.CY350 of the optimal coarse grained oil-water separator is made. With the optimal specific surface area, the resistance to water flow is smaller, not only the oil water separation effect is good, but also the use of stiffness and durability is higher, it is not easy to damage, easy to install and manage.
