鉆井現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測綜合信息平臺研究

【摘要】:為了解決鉆井現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測的有線傳輸弊端,作者面向鉆井現(xiàn)場設(shè)計了一種集B/S結(jié)構(gòu)與無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡的綜合信息監(jiān)測平臺。監(jiān)測平臺由現(xiàn)場無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡、網(wǎng)關(guān)設(shè)備以及遠程數(shù)據(jù)服務器組成,F(xiàn)場無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡主要是由以樹形網(wǎng)絡結(jié)構(gòu)布置在井場的無線節(jié)點組成,負責數(shù)據(jù)的采集、傳輸與匯聚;網(wǎng)關(guān)設(shè)備是GPRS DTU數(shù)據(jù)傳輸單元,完成向數(shù)據(jù)服務器發(fā)送節(jié)點采集的數(shù)據(jù);遠程服務器主要是Web服務器端,為用戶提供可通過瀏覽器訪問的信息監(jiān)測頁面。該平臺采用了ASP.NET開發(fā)框架,并結(jié)合了Ajax技術(shù)使數(shù)據(jù)有更高的實時顯示能力。系統(tǒng)測試表明,該信息監(jiān)測平臺能夠滿足鉆井現(xiàn)場環(huán)境的數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測的要求;同時為鉆井現(xiàn)場的無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡的數(shù)據(jù)管理開發(fā)提供了實驗平臺。實現(xiàn)危險區(qū)域預警也是保障人員生產(chǎn)作業(yè)安全的一項重要課題。對此,論文對井場危險區(qū)域的預警也進行了深入研究。通過綜合分析,利用無線節(jié)點自定位技術(shù)、規(guī)劃危險區(qū)域節(jié)點部署方式以及改進算法判斷規(guī)則來實現(xiàn)危險區(qū)域預警功能。論文對基礎(chǔ)定位算法的原理與常用改進思路深入研究,并針對PIT算法在無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡中的定位出現(xiàn)In-To-Out與Out-To-In兩類錯誤率較高的問題進行分析,最終通過改進規(guī)則提出了一種面向危險區(qū)域預警應用的CT-IPIT+定位算法。該算法在改進了內(nèi)點判斷的規(guī)則上綜合考慮了“邊緣效應”的情況,有效降低了Out-To-In的錯誤率;通過合理選擇約束閾值,消除了In-To-Out錯誤;采用計數(shù)方式統(tǒng)計內(nèi)外判定次數(shù),實現(xiàn)了進一步降低誤判總錯誤率的目的。通過仿真測試的結(jié)果表明,改進后的算法總錯誤率能夠控制在6.3%以內(nèi)。同時,實驗測試的結(jié)果也驗證了仿真結(jié)論。論文針對于危險區(qū)域預警提出的改進定位算法有效降低了兩類錯誤的比例,提高了定位結(jié)果的準確度,也為此功能的實際應用提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of wired transmission of drilling site data monitoring, the author designed an integrated information monitoring platform based on B / S structure and wireless sensor network. The monitoring platform consists of wireless sensor network, gateway equipment and remote data server. The field wireless sensor network is mainly composed of wireless nodes arranged in the well site with tree network structure, which is responsible for data acquisition, transmission and convergence. The gateway equipment is the GPRS DTU data transmission unit. The remote server is mainly the Web server which provides users with information monitoring pages that can be accessed through the browser. The platform adopts the ASP.NET development framework, and combines the Ajax technology to make the data have higher real-time display ability. The system test shows that the information monitoring platform can meet the requirements of data monitoring in drilling site environment, and it also provides an experimental platform for the development of data management of wireless sensor network in drilling site. It is also an important task to ensure the safety of personnel production and operation to realize the early warning of dangerous areas. In view of this, the paper also carries on the thorough research to the well site danger area early warning. Through comprehensive analysis, using the wireless node self-localization technology, planning the deployment mode of the node in the dangerous area and improving the algorithm judgment rule to realize the early warning function of the dangerous area. In this paper, the principle of the basic localization algorithm and the common improvement ideas are deeply studied, and the problem of high error rate of In-To-Out and Out-To-In in the location of PIT algorithm in wireless sensor networks is analyzed. Finally, an CT-IPIT localization algorithm for early warning applications in dangerous areas is proposed by improving the rules. The algorithm synthetically considers the "edge effect" in the improved rules of interior point judgment, effectively reduces the error rate of Out-To-In, eliminates the In-To-Out error by reasonably selecting the constraint threshold, and counts the number of internal and external judgments. The aim of further reducing the total error rate is achieved. The simulation results show that the total error rate of the improved algorithm can be controlled within 6.3%. At the same time, the experimental results also verify the simulation results. The improved localization algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the proportion of two kinds of errors, improve the accuracy of the location results, and provide a theoretical basis for the practical application of the function.
