【摘要】:針對(duì)塔里木盆地山前構(gòu)造帶井深高溫以及地層裂縫發(fā)育的特點(diǎn),研發(fā)了油基鉆井液關(guān)鍵處理劑,其包括主乳化劑HT-MUL、輔乳化劑HT-WET、提切劑ZNTQ-1。乳化劑通過(guò)抗高溫的親水親油官能團(tuán),在油水界面形成具有很強(qiáng)黏彈性的界面膜來(lái)提高乳化能力;基于超分子原理,提切劑通過(guò)在油水界面的氫鍵作用提高乳狀液的凝膠強(qiáng)度,達(dá)到替代有機(jī)土的效果。以乳化劑和提切劑為核心處理劑配制的無(wú)黏土高溫高密度油基鉆井液,抗溫達(dá)220℃,密度達(dá)2.50 g/cm3,老化后乳化穩(wěn)定性好,不出現(xiàn)分層現(xiàn)象,高溫高壓濾失量小于10.0 m L,具有極好的濾失性,可通過(guò)柴油配制得到。無(wú)黏土高溫高密度油基鉆井液克服了以往有機(jī)土油基鉆井液高溫易降解失效和高密度下流變性差的缺點(diǎn);同時(shí)提切劑取代有機(jī)土,除了能進(jìn)一步加快鉆速外,還能降低儲(chǔ)層損害程度,是目前油基鉆井液技術(shù)的領(lǐng)先技術(shù),具有極好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of deep high temperature and formation fracture development in the Foreland structural belt of Tarim Basin, a key oil based drilling fluid treatment agent, including the main emulsifier HT-MUL, the auxiliary emulsifier HT-WETand the cutting agent ZNTQ-1, has been developed. The emulsifier improves the emulsifying ability by forming an interface film with strong viscoelasticity at the oil-water interface through the high-temperature hydrophilic and oil-hydrophilic functional group. Based on the supramolecular principle, the slashing agent improves the gel strength of the emulsion by hydrogen bonding at the oil-water interface. The effect of replacing organic soil is achieved. Non-clay high-temperature and high-density oil-based drilling fluid, prepared with emulsifier and slashing agent as the core treatment agent, has a temperature resistance of 220 鈩,
