【摘要】：盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤(pán)刀具是保證盾構(gòu)施工的重要部件,刀具的選擇配備取決于盾構(gòu)機(jī)掘進(jìn)的地層條件。針對(duì)西氣東輸二線北江盾構(gòu)工程典型泥質(zhì)砂巖的特點(diǎn),對(duì)盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤(pán)刀具的配備進(jìn)行了研究,分析了刀具的切削原理和刀具之間的差異,并對(duì)刀盤(pán)刀具的切削原理進(jìn)行了有限元模擬。工程實(shí)踐表明:通過(guò)優(yōu)化刀具配備,減少泥餅產(chǎn)生,泥質(zhì)砂巖地層盾構(gòu)機(jī)盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)綜合效率提高了12%,延長(zhǎng)了刀具的使用壽命,降低了工程成本和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),驗(yàn)證了刀具配置的合理性。
[Abstract]:The cutting tool of shield machine is an important part to ensure shield construction. The choice of cutting tool depends on the stratum condition of shield tunneling. In view of the characteristics of typical shaly sandstone in Beijiang Shield tunneling Project of West to East Gas Transmission Line 2, this paper studies the tool arrangement of shield machine, and analyzes the cutting principle and the difference between cutting tools. The cutting principle of cutters is simulated by finite element method. The engineering practice shows that by optimizing the tool arrangement, the mud cake is reduced, the comprehensive efficiency of shield tunneling of shaly sandstone stratum is increased by 12%, the service life of the tool is prolonged, and the engineering cost and risk are reduced. The rationality of tool configuration is verified.
