水溶性壓裂暫堵劑的研制及性能評價

【摘要】:隨著國際社會對原油的需求日益上漲和國際油價的上升,提高低滲透油田的產量再次成為了人們研究的重點。當前,低滲透油田提高采收率最常用的技術手段就是水力壓裂。隨著生產開發(fā)的進行,水力裂縫逐漸失效,儲層中還有一定量的石油,這時需要重新進行重復壓裂。重復壓裂是對原來的炮眼或裂縫進行暫時封堵,在不同于原來裂縫方向壓出一條新的裂縫,溝通未動用的儲層或動用程度較低的油層,增大泄油面積,提高產能。世界各國對壓裂暫堵劑的研究從未中斷,隨著環(huán)保意識的增強,綠色壓裂暫堵劑的研發(fā)成為了重點。石油作業(yè)與環(huán)境保護相結合,研制出一種既能滿足壓裂施工的需求,又不對地層造成污染的暫堵劑的意義十分重要。本文在前人的基礎上,通過對暫堵劑材料的篩選和暫堵劑強度的研究,研制出了水溶性壓裂暫堵劑。按重量百分比計,其配方為:57%骨膠+24%磺化瀝青+19%增稠劑+0.2%交聯(lián)劑。暫堵劑的基本性能研究表明:暫堵劑的水溶率達到97%以上,殘渣含量較低,與壓裂液和地層水配伍性良好,在0.5%的胍膠壓裂液中均勻分散,隨礦化度升高性能穩(wěn)定。通過室內巖芯模擬實驗,分析了暫堵劑對縫口和縫內的封堵性能。2.5cm厚的堵劑劑縫口封堵填砂管,其突破壓力為6MPa。縫內暫堵劑,研究了不同的暫堵劑濃度、不同的注入速度、不同溫度等條件下的封堵、解堵和暫堵強度。實驗證明:所研制的暫堵劑在溫度為30℃-80℃之間,在注入濃度10%左右,注入量2-5PV之間,對裂縫能97%左右的封堵,有較高的突破壓力梯度。這說明,所研制的暫堵劑能滿足現場壓裂施工的要求,并具有較廣的應用范圍,對油田重復壓裂提高采收率有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for crude oil in the international community and the rise in the international oil price, increasing the production of low permeability oil fields has become the focus of research again. At present, hydraulic fracturing is the most commonly used technique to improve oil recovery in low permeability oil fields. With the development of production, the hydraulic fracture gradually fails, and there is a certain amount of oil in the reservoir. Refracturing is to seal the original hole or fracture temporarily, to press a new fracture in the direction different from the original fracture, to communicate the unused reservoir or the oil reservoir with low production degree, to increase the oil leakage area and to increase the productivity. The research of fracturing temporary plugging agent has never been interrupted in the world. With the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness, the research and development of green fracturing temporary plugging agent has become the key point. Combining petroleum operation with environmental protection, it is very important to develop a temporary plugging agent which not only meets the requirements of fracturing operation but also does not cause formation pollution. In this paper, the water-soluble fracturing temporary plugging agent is developed through the screening of temporary plugging agent materials and the study of the strength of temporary plugging agent on the basis of predecessors. According to the weight percentage, the formula is: 1: 57% bone glue 24% sulfonated asphalt 19% thickener 0.2% crosslinking agent. The basic properties of temporary plugging agent are studied. The results show that the water solubility of temporary plugging agent is over 97%, the residue content is low, and it has good compatibility with fracturing fluid and formation water. It is evenly dispersed in 0.5% guanidine gel fracturing fluid, and the performance is stable with the increase of salinity. The plugging performance of temporary plugging agent for seams and seams with thickness of 2.5 cm was analyzed through laboratory core simulation experiments. The breakthrough pressure was 6 MPA. The plugging, removal and strength of temporary plugging agent under different conditions, such as different concentration of temporary plugging agent, different injection rate and different temperature, were studied. The experimental results show that the developed temporary plugging agent has a high breakthrough pressure gradient when the temperature is between 30 鈩,
