過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)在石油化工行業(yè)的典型應(yīng)用

【摘要】:過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)是由取樣裝置、樣品預(yù)處理裝置、氣體分析儀器、分析儀器保護(hù)設(shè)備及其輔助設(shè)施、信號(hào)處理及其通信設(shè)備等組成,可直接安裝在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程中,完成對(duì)被測(cè)工藝介質(zhì)的自動(dòng)采樣與物性參數(shù)定性、定量分析,并連續(xù)地提供信號(hào)輸出。隨著國(guó)家石油化工等工業(yè)裝置的大型化和整體技術(shù)裝備的提升,隨著國(guó)家對(duì)節(jié)能降耗、提高質(zhì)量、治污減排和安全生產(chǎn)的日益追求,過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)的重要性和使用量與日俱增。 然而在過(guò)去很長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間里,由于我們一部分石化工程技術(shù)人員盲目崇拜國(guó)外分析儀器和對(duì)過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)的不了解,使得很大一部分國(guó)外的先進(jìn)分析儀器在國(guó)內(nèi)工程中都沒(méi)有應(yīng)用好,無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)分析儀器對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程先進(jìn)控制的功能。本課題的研究目的就是結(jié)合相關(guān)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)石油化工典型應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行總結(jié)研究,客觀地提供一些行之有效的解決方案。本課題的研究意義在于推廣過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)的國(guó)產(chǎn)化,使在線過(guò)程氣體分析儀器更加適合于長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)穩(wěn)定適時(shí)的分析,使之滿(mǎn)足于石油化工先進(jìn)過(guò)程控制工程的需要。 論文的研究方法在于查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)技術(shù)資料,參與過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)工作,深入研究過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)中所使用的各種分析儀器的分析原理,深入分析過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)中樣品預(yù)處理部件和分析小屋的功能,系統(tǒng)調(diào)研石油化工行業(yè)中過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用情況,最終提出過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)在石油化工行業(yè)的典型方案。 論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:第一章論述了本課題的研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和本課題的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,第二章介紹在線氣體分析儀器的定義、分類(lèi)和各類(lèi)氣體分析儀器的測(cè)量原理,第三章介紹樣品預(yù)處理部件的基本概念和功能,第四章介紹分析小屋和分析儀的系統(tǒng)安裝,第五章介紹石油化工行業(yè)使用的過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)和典型的一些解決方案,第六章總結(jié)論文的工作內(nèi)容、研究成果和不足之處。 論文的研究成果在于結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決石油化工行業(yè)中過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)的一些應(yīng)用不足,,目前國(guó)內(nèi)石油化工行業(yè)分析儀器使用運(yùn)行中,還有很多實(shí)際待解決的問(wèn)題,希望通過(guò)本文能夠拋磚引玉,引起更多工程技術(shù)人員在此方面的重視,使過(guò)程氣體分析成套系統(tǒng)在石油化工行業(yè)能夠應(yīng)用的更好,起到指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)的作用。
[Abstract]:The whole set of process gas analysis system is composed of sampling device, sample pretreatment device, gas analysis instrument, analysis instrument protection equipment and its auxiliary facilities, signal processing and communication equipment, etc. It can be directly installed in the industrial production process. Automatic sampling and quantitative analysis of physical parameters of the process medium are completed, and the signal output is continuously provided. With the large-scale development of the national petrochemical and other industrial units and the upgrading of the overall technical equipment, as well as the country's increasing pursuit of energy conservation and consumption reduction, improvement of quality, pollution control and emission reduction and safety in production, The importance and usage of process gas analysis systems are increasing. However, for a long time in the past, because some of our petrochemical engineers and technicians blindly admired foreign analytical instruments and did not understand the complete set of process gas analysis systems, A large part of the foreign advanced analytical instruments are not well used in domestic engineering and can not realize the function of advanced control of the production process. The purpose of this research is to summarize and study the complete set of process gas analysis system in typical application field of petrochemical industry, and provide some effective solutions objectively. The research significance of this subject is to popularize the localization of the complete set of process gas analysis system, make the on-line process gas analysis instrument more suitable for the long-term continuous and timely analysis, and make it meet the needs of the advanced process control engineering of petrochemical industry. The research method of the thesis is to consult the relevant technical data at home and abroad, to participate in the research and development and production of the process gas analysis complete set system, and to deeply study the analysis principle of all kinds of analytical instruments used in the process gas analysis complete set system. Deeply analyzing the functions of sample preprocessing parts and analysis cabin in the process gas analysis complete set system, systematically investigating the application of the process gas analysis complete set system in the petrochemical industry, Finally, the typical scheme of process gas analysis system in petrochemical industry is put forward. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: the first chapter discusses the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research status and the main research content of this topic. The second chapter introduces the definition of on-line gas analysis instrument. The third chapter introduces the basic concepts and functions of the sample preprocessing parts, the fourth chapter introduces the system installation of the analysis cabin and the analyzer. The fifth chapter introduces the complete set of process gas analysis system and some typical solutions used in petrochemical industry. Chapter VI summarizes the work of the paper, research results and shortcomings. The research result of this paper is to find out and solve some problems in the application of the complete set of process gas analysis system in petrochemical industry combined with the practical experience on the spot. At present, the domestic petrochemical industry analysis instrument is in use and running. There are still many practical problems to be solved. It is hoped that through this article, more engineers and technicians will pay more attention to this aspect, so that the whole set of process gas analysis systems can be applied better in the petrochemical industry. Act as a guide to production.
