【摘要】：長(zhǎng)寧龍馬溪頁(yè)巖礦物組分分析表明,頁(yè)巖礦物主要以石英、方解石和黏土礦物為主,屬于硬脆性水敏地層。為了保證水基鉆井液能夠在長(zhǎng)水平段頁(yè)巖中鉆進(jìn),且不發(fā)生井壁失穩(wěn)、井壁垮塌等井下復(fù)雜情況,經(jīng)過(guò)大量室內(nèi)研究,研制出以疏水抑制劑CQ-SIA和高效液體潤(rùn)滑劑CQ-LSA為主要處理劑的頁(yè)巖氣水基鉆井液體系。室內(nèi)評(píng)價(jià)表明,該水基鉆井液抑制能力優(yōu)越,滾動(dòng)回收率達(dá)到97.6%;在100℃溫度下恒溫靜置48h后,未出現(xiàn)重晶石沉降現(xiàn)象,流變性能穩(wěn)定;能夠抵抗30%(w)的巖屑污染�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用情況表明,該鉆井液性能穩(wěn)定,潤(rùn)滑性好,抑制能力強(qiáng),保證了順利鉆進(jìn)、電測(cè)、通井、下套管施工作業(yè),能夠滿(mǎn)足長(zhǎng)寧頁(yè)巖氣井鉆井的需要。
[Abstract]:The mineral composition analysis of Longmaxi shale in Changning shows that the shale minerals mainly consist of quartz calcite and clay minerals and belong to hard brittle water sensitive strata. In order to ensure that the water-based drilling fluid can be drilled in the shale in the long horizontal section without the occurrence of complex downhole conditions such as wellbore instability and wellbore collapse, a large number of laboratory studies have been carried out. A shale gas water based drilling fluid system with hydrophobic inhibitor CQ-SIA and high efficiency liquid lubricant CQ-LSA as the main treatment agent was developed. The laboratory evaluation shows that the water-based drilling fluid has superior inhibition ability, and the rolling recovery rate is 97.6.The barite deposition is not observed after 48 hours of constant temperature statics at 100 鈩，
