薩南油田開發(fā)區(qū)二類油層聚驅(qū)層系的確定與組合方式研究

【摘要】:本文依據(jù)聚驅(qū)開發(fā)理論以及聚驅(qū)實踐經(jīng)驗,同時將石油地質(zhì)理論、測井理論及三維構(gòu)造建模和儲層精細(xì)描述技術(shù)進(jìn)行綜合應(yīng)用,并針對薩南油田二類油層聚驅(qū)層系的組合以及開發(fā)方式進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的科學(xué)研究。為了使二類油層提高采收率,在研究過程中針對薩南油田南三區(qū)、南四-八區(qū)二類油層河道砂發(fā)育規(guī)模明顯變小,小層數(shù)目多,單層厚度漸薄、滲透率降低等儲層特點,首先經(jīng)過對精細(xì)地質(zhì)的全面再研究,深化了儲層的發(fā)育特征認(rèn)識,掌握油層厚度分布狀況以及非均質(zhì)性,進(jìn)一步落實剩余油的分布。其次,建立了研究區(qū)二類油層的選層標(biāo)準(zhǔn),綜合考慮層系組合的多種影響因素,對研究區(qū)域的聚驅(qū)上返二類油層的層系組合問題上進(jìn)行了深入的研究,對上返層系厚度及注采井距進(jìn)行了確認(rèn),落實二類油層開發(fā)潛力。最后,在基于取心井的滲透率數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析和室內(nèi)聚驅(qū)試驗的前提下,依據(jù)對油層連通性評價與儲量控制程度分析,確定了不同分子量聚合物與油層空氣滲透率的匹配關(guān)系,優(yōu)化了現(xiàn)有注入方式及段塞,確保了聚驅(qū)開發(fā)效益最大化,實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)量有效接替,為今后采用聚驅(qū)開發(fā)技術(shù)形成了可靠的技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Based on the development theory of polymer flooding and the practical experience of polymer flooding, the petroleum geology theory, logging theory, 3D structural modeling and reservoir fine description technology are applied in this paper. A systematic and scientific study on the combination and development mode of the secondary reservoir polymer flooding system in Sanan Oilfield is carried out. In order to improve the recovery factor of the second class oil reservoir, in the course of the study, in view of the reservoir characteristics such as the sand development scale of the second class oil reservoir in the South 3 area and the South 4-8 area of the South fourth to eighth area is obviously smaller, the number of the small layers is more, the thickness of the single layer is thinning, and the permeability is decreasing, etc. Firstly, through the comprehensive study of fine geology, it deepens the understanding of reservoir development characteristics, grasps the distribution of reservoir thickness and heterogeneity, and further implements the distribution of remaining oil. Secondly, the layer selection standard of the second class oil layer in the study area is established, and considering the various factors affecting the formation combination, the problem of the formation combination of the second kind of oil layer in the study area is deeply studied. The thickness and injection-production spacing of upper back layer system are confirmed and the development potential of the second class reservoir is realized. Finally, based on the statistical analysis of permeability data of coring wells and laboratory polymer flooding test, according to the evaluation of reservoir connectivity and the analysis of reserve control degree, the matching relationship between different molecular weight polymers and reservoir air permeability is determined. The existing injection mode and slug are optimized to ensure the maximum benefit of polymer flooding development and the effective replacement of production is realized. The reliable technical support is formed for the adoption of polymer flooding development technology in the future.
