XSQ聚驅(qū)項(xiàng)目聚合物用量對技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的影響研究

【摘要】:自2014年6月原油價(jià)格開始下跌后,國際原油價(jià)格出現(xiàn)了持續(xù)下跌的趨勢,給我國石油生產(chǎn)企業(yè)帶來了巨大的沖擊。大慶油田作為已經(jīng)進(jìn)入產(chǎn)量遞減階段的高含水期大油田,聚合物驅(qū)油方法是大慶油田維持原油產(chǎn)量、保證國家能源安全的戰(zhàn)略舉措。隨著原油價(jià)格的持續(xù)低迷,聚合物驅(qū)油雖然增加了原油的生產(chǎn)數(shù)量,但也帶來了生產(chǎn)成本的大幅度上升,因此原油價(jià)格的降低可能使某些聚合物驅(qū)油區(qū)塊出現(xiàn)虧損的局面。因此,如何分析聚驅(qū)項(xiàng)目聚合物用量對主要技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的影響,找出其中的變化規(guī)律對大慶油田聚合物驅(qū)油方案具體實(shí)施具有重要的意義。首先界定了聚合物驅(qū)油的定義并分析其特點(diǎn),分析聚合物驅(qū)油的相關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo)及其計(jì)算方法,闡述了聚驅(qū)項(xiàng)目常用的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益指標(biāo)及分析過程,明確了聚合物用量是聚驅(qū)項(xiàng)目技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的主要影響因素。第二,在綜合介紹XSQ聚驅(qū)項(xiàng)目概況的基礎(chǔ)上,定量分析了聚合物用量對主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)提高采收率、累計(jì)增油量和噸聚增油量的影響,構(gòu)建了聚合物用量與技術(shù)指標(biāo)之間的數(shù)量關(guān)系模型和變化趨勢圖,詳細(xì)分析了三個(gè)主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律。第三,深入分析了XSQ聚驅(qū)項(xiàng)目不同開發(fā)階段總成本費(fèi)用和噸油成本費(fèi)用的變化趨勢和成本構(gòu)成。第四,以凈現(xiàn)值(NPV)為代表分析聚合物用量對經(jīng)濟(jì)效益指標(biāo)的影響。在計(jì)算XSQ聚驅(qū)項(xiàng)目凈現(xiàn)值的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了聚合物用量與凈現(xiàn)值(NPV)之間的數(shù)量關(guān)系模型,通過繪制變化趨勢圖分析凈現(xiàn)值隨著聚合物用量變動(dòng)的變化規(guī)律。最后,在上述研究成果基礎(chǔ)上從合理確定最佳停注聚區(qū)間(點(diǎn))和有效控制含水上升期和后續(xù)水驅(qū)階段成本兩個(gè)方面提出了XSQ聚驅(qū)項(xiàng)目降本增效的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the crude oil price began to fall in June 2014, the international crude oil price has been declining continuously, which has brought great impact to the oil production enterprises of our country. As a large oilfield in high water cut stage, Daqing Oilfield has entered the stage of production decline. Polymer flooding is a strategic measure to maintain crude oil production and ensure national energy security in Daqing Oilfield. With the continuous downturn of crude oil prices, polymer flooding has increased the production of crude oil, but also brought about a large increase in production costs, so the decrease of crude oil prices may cause some polymer flooding blocks to suffer losses. Therefore, how to analyze the influence of polymer dosage on the main technical and economic indexes, and find out the change law of polymer flooding project is of great significance to the implementation of polymer flooding scheme in Daqing Oilfield. Firstly, the definition of polymer flooding is defined and its characteristics are analyzed. The related technical indexes and calculation methods of polymer flooding are analyzed, and the common economic benefit indexes and analysis process of polymer flooding project are expounded. The amount of polymer is the main influencing factor of the technology and economic index of polymer flooding project. Secondly, on the basis of introducing the general situation of XSQ polymer flooding project, the effect of polymer dosage on the main technical indexes of improving oil recovery, accumulative oil increase and ton oil accumulation is quantitatively analyzed. The quantitative relationship model and change trend diagram between the amount of polymer and the technical index were constructed, and the variation rules of the three main technical indexes were analyzed in detail. Thirdly, the variation trend and cost composition of total cost and ton oil cost in different development stages of XSQ polymer flooding project are analyzed. Fourth, using NPV (net present value) as a representative to analyze the influence of polymer dosage on economic benefit index. On the basis of calculating the NPV of polymer flooding project, the quantitative relationship model between the amount of polymer and NPV is discussed, and the variation law of NPV with the amount of polymer is analyzed by drawing the change trend diagram. Finally, on the basis of the above research results, the paper puts forward some suggestions on reducing cost and increasing efficiency of XSQ polymer flooding project from two aspects: reasonable determination of optimal injection stopping interval (point) and effective control of water cut rising period and subsequent water drive stage cost.
