樺甸油頁巖熱解過程中氣體析出特性

【摘要】:通過熱重-紅外-質(zhì)譜(TG-FTIR-MS)三機聯(lián)用技術(shù)對樺甸油頁巖在不同升溫速率的條件下進(jìn)行熱解實驗,計算了其揮發(fā)分氣體析出階段的動力學(xué)參數(shù),并對整個熱解過程中揮發(fā)分氣體的析出特性進(jìn)行了分析,獲得了揮發(fā)分氣體析出的紅外三維譜圖及CH_4、CO_2、CO、H_2O、CnHm和H_2共6種氣體的析出速率隨溫度變化的規(guī)律曲線。其中甲烷作為熱解析出的主要氣態(tài)烴類產(chǎn)物,是多種反應(yīng)綜合作用的結(jié)果,故采用分峰擬合的方法對其在升溫速率為20℃/min下的析出過程進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,在300~600℃這一溫度區(qū)間,甲烷的生成速率曲線可以分為4個峰,代表了4個反應(yīng)類型,分別計算了其動力學(xué)參數(shù),結(jié)合樺甸油頁巖的結(jié)構(gòu)特性及熱解過程中其他氣體析出的特性,分析了各個反應(yīng)甲烷的生成機理。
[Abstract]:The pyrolysis experiments of Huadian oil shale at different heating rates were carried out by means of TG-FTIR-MS3 combined with thermogravimetric infrared mass spectrometry (TG-FTIR-MS), and the kinetic parameters of the volatile gas precipitation stage were calculated. The precipitation characteristics of volatile gases in the whole pyrolysis process were analyzed. The infrared three-dimensional spectra of volatile gases and the curves of the precipitation rates of six gases, CH4CO2CO2CnHm and H2CnHm, as well as the temperature variation of CH4CO2CO2CnHm and H2 were obtained.
