【摘要】:隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)成為解決當(dāng)前油田生產(chǎn)中工作環(huán)境差、設(shè)備管理和維護(hù)不到位等問題的重要途徑之一。傳統(tǒng)的抽油機(jī)存在系統(tǒng)效率低、能耗高的問題,數(shù)字化抽油機(jī)的應(yīng)用是實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能高效生產(chǎn)的有效方法口數(shù)字化抽油機(jī)仿真平臺(tái)信號(hào)源的設(shè)計(jì)是為了方便當(dāng)前數(shù)字化抽油機(jī)的研發(fā)和調(diào)試工作。數(shù)字化抽油機(jī)仿真平臺(tái)信號(hào)源的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括:數(shù)字化抽油機(jī)仿真平臺(tái)的搭建,信號(hào)源設(shè)計(jì)以及調(diào)試工作。信號(hào)源的設(shè)計(jì)包括硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì);信號(hào)源仿真產(chǎn)生信號(hào)包含數(shù)字信號(hào)和模擬信號(hào)。數(shù)字信號(hào)仿真系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)采用CPLD技術(shù),選用Altera公司生產(chǎn)的MAX3000A系列芯片進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。軟件部分通過(guò)Verilog硬件語(yǔ)言“在系統(tǒng)”編程實(shí)現(xiàn)抽油機(jī)啟停控制、沖次調(diào)節(jié)以及平衡調(diào)節(jié)。模擬信號(hào)仿真系統(tǒng)基于ARM技術(shù),主控制器選用ARM7系列,依次設(shè)計(jì)了復(fù)位電路、接口電路、RS232串口通信電路、RS485通訊接口電路等。軟件部分通過(guò)仿真產(chǎn)生頻率、電流、載荷等數(shù)據(jù),并將其分析結(jié)果上傳至控制器,完成信號(hào)仿真。將仿真數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)際生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)相對(duì)比,數(shù)字化抽油機(jī)仿真平臺(tái)基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化抽油機(jī)生產(chǎn)所需參數(shù)的生成,能夠反應(yīng)油田生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際情況,為在實(shí)驗(yàn)室研宄和調(diào)試數(shù)字化抽油機(jī)提供可能。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet of things technology, digital production technology has become one of the most important ways to solve the problems of poor working environment, equipment management and maintenance in oil field. Traditional pumping units have problems of low system efficiency and high energy consumption. The application of digital pumping unit is an effective method to realize energy saving and high efficiency production. The design of signal source of digital pumping unit simulation platform is to facilitate the research and development and debugging of digital pumping unit at present. The design of the digital pumping unit simulation platform signal source mainly includes: the construction of the digital pumping unit simulation platform, the design of the signal source and the debugging work. The design of signal source includes hardware design and software design, and the signal generated by signal source simulation includes digital signal and analog signal. The hardware design of the digital signal simulation system is based on CPLD technology and the MAX3000A series chip produced by Altera company. In the software part, the start and stop control, impulse adjustment and balance adjustment of pumping unit are realized by Verilog hardware language "in system" programming. The analog signal simulation system is based on ARM technology, and the main controller selects ARM7 series. The reset circuit and RS232 serial port communication circuit are designed in turn, and RS485 communication interface circuit is designed. In the software part, the data of frequency, current and load are generated by simulation, and the analysis results are uploaded to the controller to complete the signal simulation. Comparing the simulation data with the actual production data, the digital pumping unit simulation platform can basically realize the generation of the required parameters of the digital pumping unit production, which can reflect the actual situation of the oil field production. It is possible to study and debug the digital pumping unit in the laboratory.
