靜水壓力作用下夾層管道屈曲性能分析

【摘要】:近年來,人類對能源不斷增長的需求極大地加快了油氣資源的開采與消耗。與此同時,由于陸地和淺海石油資源的逐漸耗盡,如何從偏僻遙遠(yuǎn)、環(huán)境惡劣的地區(qū)開采運(yùn)輸油氣成為工程師們面臨的一個新的挑戰(zhàn)。而夾層管作為一種新穎的設(shè)計(jì)理念,被用來從深水及超深水寒冷環(huán)境中運(yùn)輸油氣資源。本文的主要目標(biāo)就是研究這種新系統(tǒng)在高靜水壓力作用下的屈曲性能。 在深水及超深水環(huán)境中,管道在安裝和運(yùn)行的過程中都將受到極大的靜水壓力。本文首先運(yùn)用解析方法,在一系列假設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過求解系統(tǒng)特征方程的最小特征值來計(jì)算夾層管在靜水壓力作用下彈性屈曲壓力的近似值。并發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的變化,夾層管將出現(xiàn)兩種不同的屈曲現(xiàn)象。文中還介紹了兩種簡化方法并對其進(jìn)行誤差分析。 由于解析法建立在彈性變形的基礎(chǔ)上,并未考慮材料的塑性變形,因此在實(shí)際工程的應(yīng)用中將受到限制。為了提高研究精度,文中運(yùn)用有限元方法建立夾層管外壓作用下的數(shù)值模型,并通過算例分析來研究夾層管在高靜水壓力作用下的受力性能和屈曲響應(yīng)。與單層管對比發(fā)現(xiàn),夾層管的屈曲壓力以及變形能力都得到了很大的提高,并且夾層管有著不同的特征路徑。 文中還通過廣泛的參數(shù)分析,運(yùn)用有限元方法研究了一系列結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對夾層管結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響,包括內(nèi)外管的厚度、夾芯層的厚度與剛度、管道的鋼材等級以及內(nèi)部的黏結(jié)特性。參數(shù)的改變對夾層管的屈曲壓力和變形能力都有很大的影響,甚至?xí)淖兿到y(tǒng)的特征路徑。此外,基于有限元分析結(jié)果,我們介紹了一個經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式。將其計(jì)算結(jié)果與有限元分析以及模型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比發(fā)現(xiàn),其誤差較小,能提供較大的精度的屈曲壓力計(jì)算值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the increasing demand for energy has greatly accelerated the exploitation and consumption of oil and gas resources. At the same time, with the gradual depletion of land and shallow oil resources, how to extract and transport oil and gas from remote and harsh areas has become a new challenge for engineers. As a novel design concept, sandwich tube is used to transport oil and gas resources from deep water and ultra deep water cold environment. The main purpose of this paper is to study the buckling performance of this new system under high hydrostatic pressure. In the deep water and ultra deep water environment, the pipeline will be subjected to great hydrostatic pressure during installation and operation. In this paper, the analytical method is used to calculate the approximate value of elastic buckling pressure of sandwich tube under hydrostatic pressure by solving the minimum eigenvalue of the system characteristic equation on the basis of a series of assumptions. It is found that there are two different buckling phenomena in sandwich tubes with the change of structural parameters. Two simplified methods are also introduced and their errors are analyzed. Because the analytical method is based on elastic deformation and does not consider the plastic deformation of materials, it will be limited in practical engineering application. In order to improve the accuracy of the research, the finite element method is used to establish the numerical model of sandwich tube under external pressure, and the mechanical behavior and buckling response of sandwich tube under high hydrostatic pressure are studied by example analysis. Compared with the single-layer tube, the buckling pressure and deformation ability of the sandwich tube are greatly improved, and the sandwich tube has different characteristic paths. The influence of a series of structural parameters on the performance of sandwich tube is studied by using finite element method, including the thickness of inner and outer tube, the thickness and stiffness of sandwich layer. Steel grades of pipes and internal bonding properties. The change of parameters has great influence on the buckling pressure and deformation ability of sandwich tube, and even changes the characteristic path of the system. In addition, based on the results of finite element analysis, we introduce an empirical formula. Compared with the results of finite element analysis and model test, it is found that the error is small and can provide a more accurate calculation value of buckling pressure.
