二類油層聚合物驅(qū)措施調(diào)整數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:目前,我國油田已進(jìn)入三次采油階段,而聚合物驅(qū)油是三次采油中重要的開采技術(shù),但是聚合物驅(qū)動用的部位主要集中在高滲透層,存在著動用比例低,聚合物低效無效循環(huán)等缺點,而隨著化學(xué)用劑量的增加,油田產(chǎn)油量的下降,導(dǎo)致油田不能達(dá)到低成本,高效益的開采需求。因此有必要對聚合物驅(qū)進(jìn)行增產(chǎn)措施的調(diào)整進(jìn)而提高聚合物驅(qū)的動用比例,致使聚合物驅(qū)達(dá)到最優(yōu)的開采效果。本文以進(jìn)一步改善大慶油田N3井區(qū)二類油層葡Ⅰ5-7、葡Ⅱ1-3聚合物驅(qū)開采效果為目的,利用數(shù)值模擬技術(shù),針對N3井區(qū)聚合物驅(qū)分析了注聚分子量,注聚濃度,注入速度,聚用量對聚合物驅(qū)開采的影響,優(yōu)選最優(yōu)注聚參數(shù)方案,并分析聚合物驅(qū)開采效果,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了措施調(diào)整。由于儲層之間的非均質(zhì)性及差異性,分析了注聚分層的必要性,根據(jù)層系劃分原則,確定了分層注入合理的層系組合,同時給予了最佳分層時機(jī)。對影響壓裂效果的因素進(jìn)行了分析,選取了合理的聚驅(qū)壓裂時機(jī)。對不同井網(wǎng)布井方式及井距對聚合物驅(qū)開采效果的影響進(jìn)行了研究,研究了適合二類油層聚合物驅(qū)的合理井網(wǎng)及井距,為N3井區(qū)聚合物驅(qū)調(diào)整措施確定了最佳方案。
