【摘要】:在鉆井過程中,泥漿漏失時(shí)有發(fā)生。對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境造成很大污染,增加了鉆井成本。如何快速準(zhǔn)確找到漏失層位成為解決問題先決條件。目前在漏失層位測(cè)量方法中采用較多的有兩種,一是用溫度傳感器監(jiān)測(cè)井下不同深度處的溫度變化情況另一種是采用轉(zhuǎn)子流量計(jì)測(cè)流量的方法。兩種測(cè)量方法都有各自的弊病。本論文在研究了目前所使用的技術(shù)手段,從而提出了以超聲時(shí)差和超聲多普勒兩種流量測(cè)量方法互相搭配,實(shí)現(xiàn)泥漿測(cè)漏儀的功能。首先分析了泥漿漏失的機(jī)理。研究了超聲多普勒測(cè)量與超聲時(shí)差法測(cè)量原理,分析了其在泥漿測(cè)漏儀上的適用性。在理論的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了地面測(cè)深系統(tǒng),超聲多普勒法與超聲時(shí)差法兩種測(cè)量方法搭配的井下流量測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。在小波檢測(cè)突變點(diǎn)的理論基礎(chǔ)上,利用VC++開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用程序。最后在實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)模擬測(cè)試。分別對(duì)深度計(jì)量及時(shí)差與多普勒流量測(cè)量性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)能對(duì)深度及流量進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的測(cè)量。進(jìn)而表明整個(gè)系統(tǒng)能準(zhǔn)確的判斷泥漿漏失的位置。
[Abstract]:Mud leaks occur from time to time during drilling. It causes great pollution to the local environment and increases the drilling cost. How to find the missing layer quickly and accurately becomes the precondition to solve the problem. At present, there are two kinds of measuring methods of leakage horizon, one is to use temperature sensor to monitor the temperature change at different depth, the other is to use rotor Flowmeter to measure the flow rate. Both methods of measurement have their own drawbacks. In this paper, we have studied the technical means used at present, and put forward two flow measurement methods, ultrasonic time difference and ultrasonic Doppler, to realize the function of mud leak detector. Firstly, the mechanism of mud leakage is analyzed. The principle of ultrasonic Doppler measurement and ultrasonic moveout measurement is studied, and its applicability in mud leak detector is analyzed. Based on the theory, the surface sounding system, the downhole flow measurement system with ultrasonic Doppler method and ultrasonic moveout method are designed. Based on the theory of detecting mutation point by wavelet, the corresponding application program is developed by VC. Finally, laboratory simulation tests are carried out in the laboratory. The measurement performance of depth measurement, time difference and Doppler flow are tested, and the results show that the system can measure the depth and flow accurately. It shows that the whole system can accurately judge the position of mud leakage.
