高密度抗鹽隔離液BH-HDS的研制與應用

【摘要】:高密度、鹽膏層井對提高頂替效率的固井隔離液提出了更高的要求。通過選用生物質(zhì)聚合物、無機懸浮物以及無機鹽復合材料作為懸浮劑,陰離子聚合物作為稀釋劑,重晶石作為加重劑,配制出一種新型隔離液。研究表明,該隔離液體系在1.50~2.40 g/cm~3范圍內(nèi)具有良好的流變性能和沉降穩(wěn)定性能,并且該體系具有良好的抗溫性能,當溫度達到180℃時,1.80 g/cm~3隔離液的上下密度差為0.06 g/cm~3,2.20 g/cm~3隔離液的密度差為0.03 g/cm~3;此外,該隔離液抗鹽能達半飽和,半飽和鹽水隔離液具有良好的懸浮穩(wěn)定性和流變性。測試了隔離液與鉆井液、隔離液與水泥漿、隔離液與鉆井液、水泥漿3種混合液的相容性能,研究表明隔離液具有良好的相容性,加入隔離液的水泥漿的稠化時間較純水泥漿稠化時間長。該高密度抗鹽隔離液在伊拉克高壓鹽膏層應用2井次、在大港油田中深層油層現(xiàn)場應用1井次,固井質(zhì)量1口合格,2口優(yōu)質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:High-density, salt-gypsum wells put forward higher requirements for cementing isolating fluid to improve displacement efficiency. A new separation solution was prepared by selecting biomaterials, inorganic suspensions and inorganic salt composites as suspensions, anionic polymers as diluents and barites as weighting agents. The results show that the isolated liquid system has good rheological properties and settling stability in the range of 1.50 ~ 2.40 g/cm~3, and the system has good temperature resistance.
