兩性離子鉆井液成膜封堵劑的研制及性能研究

【摘要】:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、烯丙基磺酸鈉(AS)和三乙基烯丙基氯化銨(TEAC)為原料,制備了一種兩性離子三元共聚物AM/AS/TEAC。復(fù)配AM/AS/TEAC和超細(xì)碳酸鈣(1 250目),得一種針對低滲透油氣儲層的新型成膜封堵劑QP-8。兩性離子三元共聚物AM/AS/TEAC的最佳聚合條件為:單體配比AM∶AS∶TEAC=83∶12∶5,p H為7,反應(yīng)溫度50℃,單體總濃度18%,引發(fā)劑用量(Na2S2O8∶Na HSO3=1∶1,摩爾比)為0.4%,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為4 h。以自制可視中壓砂管為評價(jià)裝置,以砂床侵入深度和API濾失量為評價(jià)指標(biāo),得出AM/AS/TEAC與超細(xì)碳酸鈣的最佳配比為0.2∶1。評價(jià)結(jié)果表明QP-8封堵性要好于一些油田已經(jīng)有所應(yīng)用的成膜封堵劑。
[Abstract]:An amphoteric terpolymer AM / as / tea was prepared by using acrylamide amylase, allyl sodium sulfonate (ASA) and triethylallylammonium chloride (TEAC) as raw materials. A new film-forming plugging agent QP-8 for low permeability oil and gas reservoir was obtained by combining AM/AS/TEAC and superfine calcium carbonate with 1 250 mesh.
