非均勻凍脹對(duì)埋地管道結(jié)構(gòu)安全性的影響

【摘要】:為及時(shí)了解凍土區(qū)管道運(yùn)營(yíng)期間結(jié)構(gòu)受力性狀的變化,利用彈性地基梁理論得出了埋地管道在土體不均勻凍脹情況下的解答。應(yīng)用有限元軟件ADINA建立了三維模型,并且對(duì)埋地管道進(jìn)行了熱力耦合分析。通過(guò)計(jì)算凍融循環(huán)后管道的凍脹力,得出了溫度、管道埋深、過(guò)渡段長(zhǎng)度對(duì)管道應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的影響,確定了管道受力最大的位置。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the variation of structural behavior during pipeline operation in frozen soil region, the solution of buried pipeline under uneven frost heaving is obtained by using the theory of elastic foundation beam. A three-dimensional model was established by using finite element software ADINA, and the thermodynamic coupling analysis of buried pipeline was carried out. By calculating the frost heaving force of the pipeline after freeze-thaw cycle, the influence of temperature, buried depth of pipeline and length of transition section on the stress and strain of pipeline is obtained, and the position of maximum stress on pipeline is determined.
