鐵鉆工伸展裝置機構(gòu)性能研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代化的科學(xué)鉆探過程中,自動化、智能化程度高的現(xiàn)代化石油設(shè)備得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。提高起下鉆過程中鉆具之間的連接與拆卸效率和安全性是保證科學(xué)探測邁向現(xiàn)代化的重要一環(huán)。為了適應(yīng)這樣的要求和趨勢,我國國土資源部主導(dǎo)了“深部探測關(guān)鍵儀器裝備研制與實驗(Sinoprobe-09-05)”項目。以項目為依托設(shè)計和研制了一款新型全液壓智能化鐵鉆工產(chǎn)品。本文主要利用理論分析和計算機仿真的研究手段對新型鐵鉆工伸展裝置的機構(gòu)性能進行研究,具體的研究內(nèi)容歸納如下: 1.伸展裝置的運動分析 根據(jù)伸展裝置的工作原理,將其簡化成為一個平面機構(gòu)。為研究伸展裝置的運動特性,利用平面機構(gòu)運動分析的桿組分析方法,建立伸展裝置的運動學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用Matlab軟件進行求解,得到了伸展裝置的運動特性曲線。 2.伸展裝置的動態(tài)靜力分析 考慮到鐵鉆工的鉗體質(zhì)量較大,慣性力對機構(gòu)受力影響顯著,因此為研究伸展裝置的力學(xué)特性,需對其進行動態(tài)靜力分析。依次對伸展裝置的各個構(gòu)件建立平衡方程,聯(lián)立這些方程可以得到一個18元的線性方程組。利用Matlab軟件對此方程組進行求解,得到伸展油缸的受力曲線。 3.伸展裝置的動力學(xué)仿真分析 為了校驗理論分析的正確性,也為了得到更為真實和精確的運動學(xué)和動力學(xué)結(jié)果,利用ADAMS軟件建立伸展裝置的動力學(xué)仿真模型,對鐵鉆工的伸展過程進行仿真分析。通過仿真求解得到伸展裝置的運動和受力曲線,并對仿真結(jié)果進行了分析和解釋。 4.伸展裝置的靜力學(xué)仿真分析 利用ANSYS Workbench軟件對伸展裝置的關(guān)鍵受力部件進行靜力分析,得到支撐臂和伸展臂在最大負(fù)載情況下的受力和變形情況,校驗了機構(gòu)的安全性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:In the process of modern scientific drilling, modern petroleum equipment with high degree of automation and intelligence has been applied more and more widely. Improving the efficiency and safety of connection and disassembly between drilling tools is an important step to ensure the modernization of scientific detection. In order to meet this demand and trend, China's Ministry of Land and Resources has led the project of "the development and experiment of key instruments and equipment for deep exploration, Sinoprobe-09-05". Based on the project design and development of a new type of hydraulic intelligent iron drilling products. This paper mainly uses the theoretical analysis and computer simulation research means to study the mechanism performance of the new type of iron drill stretching device. The specific research contents are summarized as follows: 1. Motion Analysis of stretching device According to the working principle of the stretching device, it is simplified as a planar mechanism. In order to study the kinematic characteristics of the extender, the kinematics mathematical model of the extender is established by using the bar group analysis method of the kinematic analysis of planar mechanism, and the kinematic characteristic curve of the extender is obtained by using Matlab software. 2. Dynamic static analysis of extender Considering that the forceps of the iron-drillers have a large body mass and the inertia force has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the mechanism, dynamic static analysis is needed to study the mechanical properties of the extender. The equilibrium equations of each component of the extender are established in turn, and a linear system of 18 elements can be obtained by combining these equations. The Matlab software is used to solve the equations and the stress curve of the extended cylinder is obtained. 3. Dynamic Simulation Analysis of stretching device In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and to obtain more real and accurate kinematics and dynamics results, the dynamic simulation model of the extender is established by using ADAMS software, and the stretching process of the iron drill is simulated and analyzed. The motion and force curves of the extender are obtained by simulation, and the simulation results are analyzed and explained. 4. Static Simulation Analysis of stretching device The static analysis of the key force components of the extender is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software, and the stress and deformation of the supporting arm and the extension arm under the maximum load are obtained, and the safety and reliability of the mechanism are verified.
