熱洗井自動化控制

【摘要】:油井的熱洗工作一般包含以下四個步驟:預(yù)熱清洗,溶蠟,排蠟及沖洗。熱洗工作進(jìn)行過程中,需要確定出時間和流量這兩個參數(shù),以便很好的對洗井工作進(jìn)行控制,確定這兩個參數(shù)需要根據(jù)油井的結(jié)垢和結(jié)蠟狀況,再通過熱洗理論將油井的測試溫度代入相關(guān)公式中計算而得出。并根據(jù)去回水溫度T1,T2確定洗井工作的開始與結(jié)束。設(shè)計了一個洗井自動控制系統(tǒng),其關(guān)鍵部分是自控電路,還包括流量計和自動調(diào)節(jié)閥,其中自控電路的性能狀況對整個系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性有很直接影響,所以,整個系統(tǒng)設(shè)計各部分中,最主要部分就是電路設(shè)計。在熱洗井技術(shù)不斷改進(jìn)的趨勢影響下,許多油田為避免傳統(tǒng)熱洗技術(shù)的不足,參考各自油井的不同特點(diǎn)開發(fā)出許多熱洗控制系統(tǒng),整個系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部分就是微控制器,主要對測量獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行運(yùn)算并作出相應(yīng)處理,發(fā)出指令來控制外設(shè),微控制器和外設(shè)之間通過數(shù)據(jù)傳輸電路連接起來,以便通過數(shù)據(jù)交換來控制外部設(shè)備。在大慶油田一次試驗中,測到去回水溫度分別是8 5℃,和75℃,相應(yīng)的熱洗管道水壓力是3.1兆帕,對熱洗參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)置,經(jīng)過四小時運(yùn)行后,井下六百米深處的結(jié)蠟得以溶解,并有效排出?梢圆捎弥悄芸刂葡到y(tǒng)來減少熱洗時間,還可以減少洗井造成的損失,使得每個油井產(chǎn)量每年增加86噸,倒灌現(xiàn)象也得以控制,通過這次實驗證明此系統(tǒng)操作簡單,穩(wěn)定性能良好,并且不容易出現(xiàn)故障。
[Abstract]:The hot washing of oil wells generally consists of the following four steps: preheating cleaning, wax dissolving, dewaxing and washing. In the process of hot washing, two parameters, time and flow rate, need to be determined in order to control well washing well work well, and these two parameters need to be determined according to the scale and wax deposition condition of oil well. The key part of the whole system is microcontroller. The data obtained from the measurement are calculated and processed accordingly, and instructions are issued to control the peripheral devices. The microcontrollers and peripherals are connected by data transmission circuits in order to control the peripheral devices through data exchange.
