【摘要】：為了研究管徑增大對(duì)天然氣管道安全可靠性的影響,分析管徑1 422 mm、X80管道方案的可行性,基于管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估理論,從止裂韌性、潛在危害影響范圍、臨界缺陷尺寸、刺穿抗力、失效概率、個(gè)體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面,對(duì)比分析了0.72設(shè)計(jì)系數(shù)下管徑1 422 mm、X80管道與0.72和0.8設(shè)計(jì)系數(shù)下的1 219 mm、X80管道的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平。結(jié)果表明:在同等運(yùn)行條件下,與設(shè)計(jì)系數(shù)為0.8和0.72、管徑1 219 mm、X80管道相比,設(shè)計(jì)系數(shù)為0.72、管徑1 422 mm、X80管道臨界缺陷尺寸和刺穿抗力有所提高,外腐蝕和設(shè)備撞擊引起的管道失效概率有所下降,潛在危害影響區(qū)域半徑增大,對(duì)應(yīng)的失效后果可能增加,總體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平相應(yīng)提高,但相差不大。研究結(jié)果可為大輸量管道方案優(yōu)選提供決策依據(jù),為管徑1 422 mm、X80管道工程設(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)提供技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of pipe diameter increase on the safety and reliability of natural gas pipeline, the feasibility of pipe diameter 1 422 mm X 80 pipeline scheme is analyzed. Based on the theory of pipeline risk assessment, the crack arrest toughness, potential harm range, critical defect size and puncture resistance are analyzed. In the aspects of failure probability, individual risk and operation risk, the risk level of the pipeline with diameter of 1 422 mm X 80 under 0.72 design coefficient and 1 219 mm X 80 with 0.72 and 0.8 design coefficients is compared and analyzed. The results show that under the same operating conditions, the design coefficient is 0.72and the critical defect size and piercing resistance of the pipe is increased, compared with the design coefficients of 0.8 and 0.72 and the diameter of 1 219 mm of X80 pipe. The failure probability of pipeline caused by external corrosion and equipment impact decreases, the radius of potential damage area increases, the corresponding failure consequence may increase, and the overall risk level increases, but the difference is not significant. The results of the study can provide the decision basis for the optimal selection of the large volume pipeline scheme and provide technical support for the design and construction of the pipeline project with a diameter of 1,422mm and X80.
