【摘要】：40JD鉆機電動轉(zhuǎn)盤及控制系統(tǒng)的研制是基于可編程控制器技術(shù)、變頻技術(shù)及電機與拖動技術(shù)理論,用變頻器控制交流變頻電動機來替代原有的機械動力源,使用STEP7編寫PLC程序來控制變頻器,實現(xiàn)對轉(zhuǎn)盤的控制。本文通過分析和研究電動轉(zhuǎn)盤的工作原理及變頻器控制方法,通過使用變頻器擬定對變頻電機進行控制,來實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)盤的正轉(zhuǎn)、反轉(zhuǎn)、無極調(diào)速及能耗制動。目的是使用較少的投資來滿足越來越高的鉆井工藝對鉆井設(shè)備的需求,從而達到提高機械鉆速、降低鉆井事故率及便于處理井下復(fù)雜情況的目的。本文提出使用變頻技術(shù)來實現(xiàn)改造過程,運用西門子STEP7軟件進行控制程序的編寫,使用西門子專用通訊線實現(xiàn)通訊,實現(xiàn)信號傳輸穩(wěn)定,抗干擾能力強。并且在司鉆控制房使用雙MP370觸摸屏,進行熱備份,保證一旦主觸摸屏出現(xiàn)故障,備份觸摸屏能立即投入運行,保證系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The development of electric rotary disc and control system of 40JD drilling rig is based on the technology of programmable controller, frequency conversion technology and motor and drive technology. The inverter is used to control the AC frequency conversion motor instead of the original mechanical power source. Use STEP7 to write PLC program to control the frequency converter, to achieve the control of the turntable. This paper analyzes and studies the working principle of the electric rotary disc and the control method of the frequency converter, and makes use of the frequency converter to control the frequency conversion motor to realize the positive turn, the reverse, the pole free speed regulation and the energy consumption braking of the rotary disc. The purpose of this paper is to use less investment to meet the demand of drilling equipment for higher and higher drilling technology, so as to improve the drilling speed, reduce the drilling accident rate and facilitate the treatment of complex downhole conditions. In this paper, frequency conversion technology is used to realize the transformation process, Siemens STEP7 software is used to write the control program, Siemens special communication line is used to realize communication, the signal transmission is stable and the anti-interference ability is strong. The double MP370 touch screen is used in the driller control room to make hot backup, which ensures that the backup touch screen can be put into operation immediately once the main touch screen fails, and the stability of the system can be ensured.
