【摘要】：液壓反鏟式挖掘機(jī)被認(rèn)為是當(dāng)前埋地輸氣管道最主要的第三方威脅之一。為確定挖掘機(jī)斗齒撞擊管道的動(dòng)載荷及動(dòng)載系數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施了管道全尺寸動(dòng)靜態(tài)挖掘試驗(yàn),利用ADAMS軟件建立管道-土壤-挖掘機(jī)相互作用的多體動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,基于各油缸位移及壓力測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)挖掘過(guò)程的再現(xiàn)仿真,其中需設(shè)定多體動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)的材料屬性、約束及摩擦、接觸、驅(qū)動(dòng)力等信息,最終獲得不同工況的斗尖挖掘力,以及因挖機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)部件間摩擦引起的能量耗散,評(píng)估不同工況下挖掘機(jī)的能量耗散率。研究可為定量評(píng)估埋地輸氣管道遭受地面挖掘機(jī)械的沖擊損傷提供可靠的載荷參考,且為沿線第三方干擾的災(zāi)害防控給予數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic backhoe excavator is regarded as one of the most important third-party threats to buried gas pipeline. In order to determine the dynamic load and dynamic load coefficient of excavator bucket tooth impingement pipeline, the full-scale dynamic and static excavation test of pipeline is designed and implemented. The multi-body dynamic model of pipe-soil-excavator interaction is established by using ADAMS software. Based on the displacement and pressure test data of each cylinder, the simulation of mining process is realized, in which the information of material attribute, constraint and friction, contact and driving force of multi-body dynamics system are set up, and finally the excavating force of bucket tip under different working conditions is obtained. The energy dissipation caused by friction between the moving parts of the excavator is evaluated to evaluate the energy dissipation rate of the excavator under different working conditions. The study can provide a reliable load reference for the quantitative assessment of the impact damage of buried gas pipeline subjected to surface excavation machinery, and provide data support for the prevention and control of third party interference along the pipeline.
