鹽穴儲氣庫運行損傷評價體系

【摘要】:腔體損傷評價是鹽穴儲氣庫安全運行涉及到的重要問題之一。通過對鹽巖力學(xué)特性開展室內(nèi)系統(tǒng)試驗,利用損傷力學(xué)、巖石流變學(xué)理論及有限元數(shù)值模擬方法,研究了鹽穴儲氣庫運行過程中腔體損傷評價體系。鹽巖損傷評價方法包括最大拉應(yīng)力準(zhǔn)則、最大剪應(yīng)力準(zhǔn)則、最大畸變能準(zhǔn)則、膨脹強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則、蠕變強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則。利用ABAQUS軟件對所關(guān)注鹽穴的評價指標(biāo)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬計算,并將計算結(jié)果與聲吶實測結(jié)果對比,表明:所采用的腔體損傷評價體系能夠很好地對腔體注采運行過程中的損傷破壞進(jìn)行評價,可為今后鹽巖損傷評價預(yù)測及控制提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Cavity damage assessment is one of the important problems involved in the safe operation of salt cavern gas storage. Through the laboratory systematic test on the mechanical properties of salt rock, the damage evaluation system of the cavity during the operation of the salt cavern is studied by using the damage mechanics, rock rheology theory and finite element numerical simulation method. The damage assessment methods of salt rock include the maximum tensile stress criterion, the maximum shear stress criterion, the maximum distortion energy criterion, the expansion strength criterion and the creep strength criterion. ABAQUS software is used to simulate and calculate the evaluation index of salt hole concerned, and the calculated results are compared with the measured results of sonar. The results show that the damage evaluation system can be used to evaluate the damage and damage of cavity during the operation of injection and mining, and it can provide reference for the prediction and control of salt rock damage in the future.
