蘇北盆地溱潼凹陷阜寧組敏感性評(píng)價(jià)及鉆井液優(yōu)選

【摘要】:蘇北盆地溱潼凹陷阜寧組屬低滲~特低滲儲(chǔ)層。阜寧組主要為砂、泥巖互層,含易破碎的凝灰?guī)r、脆性泥頁巖等,鉆井時(shí),因井壁坍塌、掉塊、剝落等原因,容易導(dǎo)致蹩跳、埋鉆等井下事故。鉆井液設(shè)計(jì)注重防滲漏、抑制造漿、縮徑、井眼穩(wěn)定等技術(shù),對(duì)儲(chǔ)層傷害程度、油層保護(hù)工作針對(duì)性不強(qiáng)。本課題選擇蘇北盆地溱潼凹陷小油田有代表性儲(chǔ)層樣品,全面進(jìn)行孔、滲、飽、薄片、X衍射、電鏡能譜等基礎(chǔ)資料分析,總結(jié)了儲(chǔ)層特征規(guī)律,同時(shí)做了大量流動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)目前蘇北勘探井使用的鉆井液進(jìn)行了性能分析、油層保護(hù)分析、經(jīng)濟(jì)分析并做出了客觀評(píng)價(jià),室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)與礦場(chǎng)應(yīng)用相結(jié)合,研究出適合各油田的鉆井液配方。研究區(qū)儲(chǔ)層巖性以細(xì)砂巖為主,少量粉砂巖,砂巖成分以石英為主,分選較好,次棱角~次圓狀,為低孔低滲儲(chǔ)層,縱向變化較大,非均質(zhì)性嚴(yán)重。完成了62套室內(nèi)鉆井液損害評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了正電膠聚合物鉆井液體系,指出葉甸油田采用屏蔽暫堵技術(shù)和金屬兩性離子聚合物鉆井液能達(dá)到保護(hù)油氣層的目的。草舍油田采用屏蔽暫堵技術(shù)和改性正電膠聚合物鉆井液,或者使用鉀基聚合物鉆井液都能基本滿足要求,滲透率恢復(fù)值能達(dá)到80%以上。
[Abstract]:Funing formation in Qintong sag of Subei Basin belongs to low permeability-very low permeability reservoir. Funing formation is mainly composed of sand and mudstone interbedded, containing easily broken tuff, brittle shale and so on. During drilling, downhole accidents such as leaping and burying are easy to be caused by well wall collapse, block dropping, spalling and so on. Drilling fluid design focuses on seepage prevention, slurry inhibition, diameter reduction, hole stability and other techniques, which is not specific to reservoir damage and reservoir protection. In this paper, the representative reservoir samples of Qintong sag in Subei Basin are selected to analyze the basic data of pore, permeability, saturation, thin slice X-ray diffraction, electron microscope energy spectrum, and so on. The characteristics of reservoir are summarized, and a large number of flow experiments are done at the same time. The performance analysis, reservoir protection analysis, economic analysis and objective evaluation of drilling fluid used in exploration wells in northern Jiangsu are carried out. The formula of drilling fluid suitable for oil fields is developed by combining laboratory experiments with field applications. In the study area, the lithology of the reservoir is dominated by fine sandstone, a small amount of siltstone, quartz is the main component of sandstone, the separation is better, the secondary angle is about subcircular, the reservoir is low porosity and low permeability, the longitudinal variation is great, and the heterogeneity is serious. 62 sets of indoor drilling fluid damage assessment experiments were completed, and the positive gel polymer drilling fluid system was studied. It was pointed out that shielding temporary plugging technology and metal amphoteric polymer drilling fluid could be used to protect oil and gas reservoir in Yadian Oilfield. Shielding temporary plugging technology and modified positive adhesive polymer drilling fluid or potassium base polymer drilling fluid can basically meet the requirements in Caoshe Oilfield. The permeability recovery value can reach more than 80%.
