【摘要】:采用混捏擠條制備了深度凈化精脫硫劑,考察了使用溫度、空速、水體積分?jǐn)?shù)、CO_2體積分?jǐn)?shù)及壓力對(duì)深度精脫硫劑性能的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,50×10~(-6)水含量能滿足脫硫精度,在1000×10~(-6)COS+5000×10~(-6)H_2O+3.5%CO_2+N_2,4000h-1,210℃,2.0MPa條件下,深度精脫硫劑質(zhì)量硫容3.1%,能滿足工業(yè)應(yīng)用3年的要求。
[Abstract]:The effects of temperature, space velocity, water volume fraction and pressure on the performance of deep refined desulfurization agent were investigated. The experimental results showed that the water content of 50 脳 10 ~ (10) ~ (-6) water could meet the desulphurization accuracy.
