【摘要】：采用混捏擠條制備了深度凈化精脫硫劑,考察了使用溫度、空速、水體積分?jǐn)?shù)、CO_2體積分?jǐn)?shù)及壓力對(duì)深度精脫硫劑性能的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,50×10~(-6)水含量能滿足脫硫精度,在1000×10~(-6)COS+5000×10~(-6)H_2O+3.5%CO_2+N_2,4000h-1,210℃,2.0MPa條件下,深度精脫硫劑質(zhì)量硫容3.1%,能滿足工業(yè)應(yīng)用3年的要求。
[Abstract]:The effects of temperature, space velocity, water volume fraction and pressure on the performance of deep refined desulfurization agent were investigated.
