【摘要】：從預(yù)防井涌的角度對水平井最大長度的限制因素進行了分析,根據(jù)鉆井液流體力學(xué)基本原理及水平井水平段環(huán)空壓耗計算模型,得出水平井水平段最大長度的設(shè)計方法;針對排量、地層安全密度窗口和鉆井液流變性等因素對水平井水平段長度的影響進行敏感性分析。結(jié)果表明,水平井水平段最大長度受排量、地層安全密度窗口和鉆井液流變性等多個因素共同影響。泵排量增加、鉆井液粘度增大,水平段最大允許長度減小;地層安全密度窗口增加,水平段最大允許長度增大。
[Abstract]:The limiting factors of the maximum length of horizontal well are analyzed from the angle of preventing wellbore. According to the basic principle of fluid hydrodynamics and the calculation model of annular pressure loss in horizontal section of horizontal well, the design method of maximum length of horizontal section of horizontal well is obtained. According to the influence of displacement, formation safe density window and drilling fluid rheology on the horizontal section length of horizontal well, the sensitivity analysis is carried out. The results show that the maximum length of horizontal section is affected by displacement, formation safety density window and drilling fluid rheology. With the increase of pump displacement, the viscosity of drilling fluid increases, the maximum allowable length of horizontal section decreases, and the window of formation safety density increases, and the maximum allowable length of horizontal section increases.
