青陽岔—靖邊工業(yè)園區(qū)天然氣集輸干線的設計方案研究

【摘要】:管道運輸作為天然氣的主要運輸方式,與其它運輸方式相比具有運輸量大、占地少、增強輸送安全性、便于生產(chǎn)管理、運費低等優(yōu)點。管道工業(yè)的發(fā)展對于維持我國油品運輸、穩(wěn)定國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展具有十分重大的意義。本文以青陽岔首站、榆林能化末站為研究對象,對其資源概況、市場概況、供配氣工程及管道線路概況、輸氣工藝方案、自控工程等均作以合理設計。本設計以理論計算為依托,主要通過各相關工程設計標準以及相關規(guī)范、規(guī)定,依據(jù)實際情況,最終確定管道敷設、防腐和陰極保護設計方案,并對管道輸氣適應性作以分析。根據(jù)相關的定理和公式,結合現(xiàn)場中的原始數(shù)據(jù)進行計算,以計算結果為依據(jù)來確定輸油設備主要參數(shù),依據(jù)規(guī)范得到設備的選型,根據(jù)計算數(shù)據(jù)和實測的沿線高程進行布站并校核,以滿足壓力要求。設計中對輸油線路的走向、輸油工藝及場站的布站、防腐與保溫等其它方面進行了較為詳細的闡述。
[Abstract]:Pipeline transportation is the main transportation mode of natural gas. Compared with other transportation modes, pipeline transportation has the advantages of large transportation volume, less land occupation, enhanced transportation safety, easy production management and low freight rate. The development of pipeline industry is of great significance to maintain the transportation of oil products and stabilize the development of national economy. In this paper, Qingyang Cha first Station and Yulin Neng Hua Terminal Station are taken as the research objects. The general situation of resources, market, supply and distribution engineering and pipeline line, gas transmission technology scheme and automatic control project are all reasonably designed. The design is based on the theoretical calculation, mainly through the relevant engineering design standards and relevant codes, the provisions, according to the actual situation, the final determination of pipeline laying, anticorrosion and cathodic protection design scheme, and pipeline gas transmission adaptability is analyzed. According to the relevant theorems and formulas, combined with the original data in the field to calculate, based on the calculation results to determine the main parameters of oil transportation equipment, according to the specifications to obtain the equipment selection, According to the calculated data and the measured elevation along the route, the stations are arranged and checked to meet the pressure requirements. In the design, the direction of oil transmission line, oil transportation technology, distribution station of field station, anticorrosion and heat preservation and other aspects are described in detail.
