薄壁油井管受軸向載荷作用抗擠毀強(qiáng)度研究

【摘要】:油管、套管等油井管在井下會(huì)受到軸向壓力、外壓、內(nèi)壓等載荷的作用。軸向壓力一方面會(huì)使油井管產(chǎn)生軸向屈曲,另一方面會(huì)改變油井管(尤其是薄壁油井管)的橫向屈曲性能(抗擠毀強(qiáng)度)。為此,本文運(yùn)用圓柱殼體屈曲理論,將薄壁油井管作為圓柱殼體模型,推導(dǎo)了軸向壓力和外壓聯(lián)合作用下薄壁油井管的屈曲方程,為薄壁油井管在軸向載荷及不同邊界約束條件作用下軸向屈曲性能和橫向屈曲性能(包括橫向屈曲構(gòu)型和抗擠毀強(qiáng)度)的分析提供了基礎(chǔ)。以薄壁油井管屈曲方程為基礎(chǔ),分別將薄壁油井管作為兩端簡(jiǎn)支、一端固支一端自由以及兩端固支的圓柱殼體,選取圓柱殼體屈曲的饒度曲線試解函數(shù),并代入簡(jiǎn)化的Donnell八階微分方程,將所得方程化為臨界應(yīng)力的表達(dá)式,并通過求極小值的方法求得了軸向壓力和外壓聯(lián)合作用下薄壁油井管軸向屈曲的臨界載荷和橫向屈曲的構(gòu)型與橫向屈曲臨界載荷(抗擠毀強(qiáng)度)。最后,通過對(duì)圓柱殼體沿橫截面圓周方向屈曲的正弦半波數(shù)m和圓柱殼體沿軸線方向屈曲的正弦半波數(shù)”取不同的值,討論兩端簡(jiǎn)支、一端固支一端自由、兩端固支的薄壁油井管的橫向屈曲形狀。
[Abstract]:Tubing, casing and other oil well pipes are subjected to axial pressure, external pressure and internal pressure. Axial pressure will cause axial buckling of oil well tube on the one hand, and change lateral buckling performance of oil well pipe (especially thin-wall oil well tube) on the other hand. In this paper, the buckling equation of thin-walled oil well tubing under the combined action of axial pressure and external pressure is derived by using the buckling theory of cylindrical shell and taking the thin-walled oil well tube as the cylindrical shell model. It provides a basis for the analysis of axial buckling and lateral buckling (including transverse buckling configuration and compressive strength) of thin-walled oil well pipes under axial loads and different boundary constraints. Based on the buckling equation of thin-walled oil well tube, the thin-walled oil well tube is used as the cylindrical shell with simple support at both ends, free at one end and free support at both ends, respectively, and the test solution function of the buckling curve of cylindrical shell is selected. The simplified Donnell eighth order differential equation is replaced, and the obtained equation is transformed into the expression of critical stress. The critical load of axial buckling, the configuration of transverse buckling and the critical load of lateral buckling (compressive strength) of thin-walled oil well pipes under combined axial pressure and external pressure are obtained by the method of minimization. Finally, by taking different values of sinusoidal half-wave number m of cylindrical shell buckling along the circumferential direction of cross section and sinusoidal half-wave number of cylindrical shell buckling along axial direction, it is discussed that the two ends are simply supported, one end is fixed and one end is free. The transverse buckling shape of thin-walled oil well pipes fixed at both ends.
