陰極保護(hù)遠(yuǎn)傳監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)器設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)和自動化監(jiān)控技術(shù)的發(fā)展,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)和無線傳輸設(shè)備對石油管線陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代石油管道傳輸行業(yè)自動化管理的一個(gè)重要研究方向。通過開發(fā)陰極保護(hù)遠(yuǎn)傳系統(tǒng),管理者可以實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控石油管線運(yùn)行狀態(tài),推測其運(yùn)行趨勢、及時(shí)定位故障地點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上可以有效提高石油管線的自動化管理水平,降低石油管線的運(yùn)行成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)人員和系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的綜合調(diào)配。首先,本文對當(dāng)前陰極保護(hù)遠(yuǎn)傳監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展背景、意義和國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究分析。通過分析、調(diào)研當(dāng)前石油管道傳輸行業(yè)的實(shí)際需求,基于C/S結(jié)構(gòu),利用Windows平臺、采用TCP/IP協(xié)議Socket通信技術(shù)和MySql數(shù)據(jù)庫對陰極保護(hù)遠(yuǎn)傳監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)器進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。其次,本文詳細(xì)介紹了開發(fā)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器時(shí)所涉及的重要通信理論、開發(fā)語言和關(guān)鍵技術(shù);然后在分析石油管道傳輸實(shí)際功能需求的基礎(chǔ)上對陰極保護(hù)遠(yuǎn)傳監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并詳細(xì)描述了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)流程;同時(shí),詳細(xì)介紹了信息采集端、移動客戶端、PC客戶端和服務(wù)器端的設(shè)計(jì)。再次,本文在.NET開發(fā)平臺下編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)了服務(wù)器端的登錄認(rèn)證模塊設(shè)計(jì)、下位機(jī)調(diào)度控制模塊設(shè)計(jì)、陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的測試數(shù)據(jù)接收模塊設(shè)計(jì)、陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的測試數(shù)據(jù)存儲模塊設(shè)計(jì)、陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)附屬設(shè)施自動化管理模塊設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫模塊設(shè)計(jì)。最后,我們通過搭建測試環(huán)境,在實(shí)際工程現(xiàn)場對陰極保護(hù)遠(yuǎn)傳監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)器功能進(jìn)行了測試。相關(guān)結(jié)果表明:本系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器端的每個(gè)功能模塊運(yùn)行正常,可以滿足用戶的實(shí)際需求,達(dá)到了對石油管線陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of network communication technology and automatic monitoring technology, remote monitoring and control of oil pipeline cathodic protection system using network and wireless transmission equipment has become an important research direction of modern oil pipeline transmission industry automation management. Through the development of the cathodic protection remote transmission system, the manager can monitor the running state of the oil pipeline in real time, speculate its running trend and locate the fault location in time. On this basis, the automatic management level of the oil pipeline can be effectively improved. Reduce the operating cost of the oil pipeline and achieve the integrated deployment of personnel and system equipment. Firstly, the background, significance and current situation of cathodic protection remote monitoring system at home and abroad are studied and analyzed in this paper. Through analyzing and investigating the actual demand of oil pipeline transmission industry, based on C / S structure, using Windows platform, using TCP/IP protocol Socket communication technology and MySql database, the server of cathodic protection remote monitoring system is designed. Secondly, this paper introduces the important communication theory, development language and key technology involved in developing system server in detail. Then, on the basis of analyzing the actual function requirement of oil pipeline transmission, the overall architecture of the remote monitoring system for cathodic protection is designed, and the operation flow of the whole system is described in detail, at the same time, the information collecting terminal is introduced in detail. Mobile client PC client and server design. Thirdly, the design of server login authentication module, lower machine scheduling and control module, and test data receiving module of cathodic protection system are implemented in the. Net development platform. The design of test data storage module, automation management module and database module of cathodic protection system. Finally, we test the server function of cathodic protection remote monitoring system in actual engineering field by setting up test environment. The results show that each functional module in the server of the system is running normally, which can meet the actual needs of the users and achieve the purpose of remote real-time monitoring of the oil pipeline cathodic protection system.
