液體超聲波流量計(jì)在FPSO上的實(shí)流標(biāo)定

【摘要】:液體超聲波流量計(jì)(簡稱液超)在大口徑管道計(jì)量中有突出的優(yōu)勢,但實(shí)流標(biāo)定方法復(fù)雜是其用于外輸計(jì)量的瓶頸。南海某油田在國內(nèi)首次將液超應(yīng)用于浮式生產(chǎn)儲卸油裝置(FPSO)貿(mào)易交接計(jì)量。通過分析液超測量原理及檢測特性,對其標(biāo)定方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在國內(nèi)首次嘗試采用體積管直接標(biāo)定液超。通過對比分析體積管與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)表標(biāo)定結(jié)果,得出結(jié)論——增大體積管體積及采用多次連續(xù)標(biāo)定結(jié)果進(jìn)行評價(jià)可有效解決體積管直接標(biāo)定液超問題。對液超在海上平臺的后續(xù)應(yīng)用有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Liquid ultrasonic Flowmeter (referred to as liquid Supermeter) has outstanding advantages in large diameter pipeline metering, but the complex method of real flow calibration is the bottleneck of its application in external metering. It is the first time in China that a South China Sea oil field applies liquid excess to trade measurement of floating production storage and unloading unit FPSO. Based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of liquid overmeasurement, the calibration scheme is designed, and the volume tube is used to calibrate the liquid excess directly in China for the first time. By comparing and analyzing the calibration results of volume tube and standard table, it is concluded that increasing the volume of volume tube and evaluating it with multiple successive calibration results can effectively solve the problem of direct calibration liquid excess of volume tube. It is of great significance for the application of liquid super in offshore platform.
