【摘要】：針對國外引進(jìn)柱塞氣舉技術(shù)采用定時(shí)開關(guān)井生產(chǎn)方式,沒有自動調(diào)參功能,運(yùn)行制度需人工設(shè)置的缺陷,開發(fā)了一種氣井柱塞氣舉生產(chǎn)的自動運(yùn)行方法。該方法將柱塞最佳上升時(shí)間長度設(shè)置為目標(biāo)上升時(shí)間,通過控制器對柱塞實(shí)際上升時(shí)間的分析,自動調(diào)整開、關(guān)井時(shí)間,保證柱塞實(shí)際上升時(shí)間接近于目標(biāo)上升時(shí)間,使氣井生產(chǎn)制度自動趨于最佳,實(shí)現(xiàn)對柱塞氣舉排液采氣過程自動化的控制管理。并設(shè)計(jì)了一種性能更優(yōu)的一體化柱塞控制器。這種新型柱塞排液采氣技術(shù)已在長慶氣田某區(qū)塊整體應(yīng)用75口井,經(jīng)過2年多的實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),能夠根據(jù)柱塞到達(dá)情況,自動對生產(chǎn)制度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化、調(diào)整,大幅降低工作量,實(shí)現(xiàn)了柱塞氣舉井運(yùn)行自動控制和精細(xì)管理。基于柱塞上升時(shí)間自動優(yōu)化工作制度的控制方法為長慶氣田柱塞氣舉排液技術(shù)大規(guī)模推廣應(yīng)用提供了技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:In view of the defects of imported plunger gas lift technology using timing switch well production mode without automatic parameter adjusting function and manual setting of operation system an automatic operation method of gas well plunger gas lift production is developed. In this method, the optimal rise time of plunger is set as the target rising time. By analyzing the actual lift time of plunger by the controller, the opening and closing time is automatically adjusted to ensure that the actual lifting time of plunger is close to the rising time of target. The production system of gas well tends to be optimized automatically and the automatic control management of gas recovery process of plunger gas lift and discharge is realized. An integrated plunger controller with better performance is designed. This new plunger drainage and gas recovery technology has been used in 75 wells in a certain block of Changqing gas field. After more than 2 years of practical test, the production system can be automatically optimized and adjusted according to the condition of plunger arrival, and the workload can be greatly reduced. Automatic operation control and fine management of plunger gas lift well are realized. The control method based on the automatic optimization of plunger rising time provides a technical guarantee for the large-scale application of plunger gas lift drainage technology in Changqing gas field.
