【摘要】:針對(duì)常規(guī)堵劑耐溫耐鹽性能差,而難以滿足高溫高鹽油藏控水進(jìn)一步提高采收率的問(wèn)題,研發(fā)了一種耐溫耐鹽(97℃,197.35 g/L)的延緩凍膠體系。該體系由耐溫耐鹽非離子聚丙烯酰胺PAM、有機(jī)交聯(lián)劑HDAME組成,目標(biāo)油藏條件下,優(yōu)化的凍膠體系配方為(0.40%~0.50%)PAM+(0.12%~0.20%)HD+(0.12%~0.20%)AME,成膠時(shí)間在24~60 h。室內(nèi)物理模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,耐溫耐鹽延緩凍膠體系具有較好的剖面改善能力,采收率增值達(dá)到34.6百分點(diǎn)。采用環(huán)境掃描電鏡(ESEM)和差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)探究了凍膠的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和耐溫耐鹽性能,并從凍膠的交聯(lián)機(jī)理、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)闡明了其耐溫耐鹽特性。
