提高煅燒焦裝置運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)煅燒焦裝置回轉(zhuǎn)窯系統(tǒng)、輸送系統(tǒng)、除塵系統(tǒng)、余熱鍋爐系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行了研究、分析,對(duì)重點(diǎn)部位、重點(diǎn)設(shè)備、重點(diǎn)技術(shù)措施等進(jìn)行了改造、創(chuàng)新,取得了一定的成績(jī),對(duì)煅燒焦裝置的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展做出了一定的貢獻(xiàn)。本文通過裝置大事記、設(shè)備運(yùn)行記錄、巡檢記錄、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行臺(tái)賬等數(shù)據(jù)記錄,匯總出影響裝置穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的各項(xiàng)突出問題;通過理論分析、資料查詢、文獻(xiàn)參考、同行業(yè)裝置考察、聘請(qǐng)專家現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)等方法,制定出各項(xiàng)問題的處理方案;通過對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)窯內(nèi)襯澆筑方法的改進(jìn)、除塵系統(tǒng)的改造、裝置輸送系統(tǒng)的改造、余熱鍋爐系統(tǒng)的改造、成品篩分裝置的建設(shè)等項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,對(duì)煅燒焦裝置目前存在的突出問題進(jìn)行處理。通過改造前與改造后的數(shù)據(jù)以及效果對(duì)比,可知所有實(shí)施項(xiàng)目都取得了顯著的成績(jī),每年為煅燒焦裝置增加運(yùn)行時(shí)間830.75小時(shí),累計(jì)創(chuàng)效649萬余元。與此同時(shí),改善了車間職工的工作環(huán)境,保護(hù)了職工的身體健康,減少了污染物的排放,消除了一定的安全隱患,提高了裝置的安全性。本篇論文所涵蓋的13個(gè)項(xiàng)目中,有8個(gè)項(xiàng)目被評(píng)為遼河油田公司優(yōu)秀科技成果,得到了廣泛認(rèn)可,同時(shí),也證明了本次研究取得了優(yōu)異的成績(jī)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the rotary kiln system, conveying system, dust removal system and waste heat boiler system of coke calcining device are studied, analyzed, the key parts, key equipment and key technical measures are reformed and innovated, and some achievements have been made. It has made a certain contribution to the sustainable development of calciner. In this paper, the outstanding problems affecting the stable operation of the device are summarized by means of such data records as device events, equipment operation records, inspection records, production and operation accounts, and through theoretical analysis, data inquiry, literature references, etc. Through the improvement of the lining pouring method, the dedusting system, the unit conveying system, the waste heat boiler system, and so on, the solutions to the problems are worked out, such as the inspection of the equipment in the same industry, the hiring of experts on the spot and the guidance of the experts on the spot, and through the improvement of the lining and pouring method of the rotary kiln, The construction of finished product screening unit and other projects are carried out to deal with the outstanding problems existing in the calciner. By comparing the data before and after revamping as well as the results, it can be seen that all the projects have achieved remarkable results. The operation time of the calciner is increased by 830.75 hours every year, and the cumulative effect is more than 6.49 million yuan. At the same time, the working environment of the workshop workers is improved, the health of the workers is protected, the discharge of pollutants is reduced, the hidden danger of safety is eliminated, and the safety of the device is improved. Of the 13 projects covered in this paper, 8 have been rated as outstanding scientific and technological achievements of Liaohe Oilfield Company, which has been widely recognized. At the same time, it has also proved that this research has achieved excellent results.
