重復壓裂前誘導應力影響新裂縫轉(zhuǎn)向規(guī)律

【摘要】:隨著重復壓裂技術(shù)現(xiàn)場應用的日趨成熟,如何產(chǎn)生不同于原裂縫走向的轉(zhuǎn)向新裂縫成為目前重復壓裂技術(shù)研究的熱點問題。由于新裂縫的擴展方向主要由井周應力分布情況控制,重復壓裂前初次裂縫、油井生產(chǎn)以及注水影響等因素產(chǎn)生的誘導應力是影響新裂縫形態(tài)的主要因素。應用多物理場耦合軟件COMSOL建立了重復壓裂井有限元模型,分析了重復壓裂裂縫轉(zhuǎn)向的機理和影響因素;建立了注水開發(fā)區(qū)塊模型,研究了注水開發(fā)中注入水誘導應力的分布規(guī)律,以及注水量、注采井網(wǎng)分布等因素對新裂縫轉(zhuǎn)向的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:裂縫轉(zhuǎn)向受儲層應力狀態(tài)、油井生產(chǎn)情況和初次裂縫長等因素影響明顯;注水井周邊會產(chǎn)生應力集中,且在一定的井距下會影響新裂縫轉(zhuǎn)向規(guī)律。此研究可以應用于預測重復壓裂效果,優(yōu)化重復壓裂的選井選層,并指導現(xiàn)場重復壓裂方案設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:With the increasing maturity of the field application of the repeated fracturing technology, how to produce the new fracture which is different from the original fracture strike has become a hot issue in the research of the refracturing technology at present. Since the propagation direction of new fractures is mainly controlled by the distribution of stress around the well, the induced stress caused by the initial fractures before repeated fracturing, the oil well production and the influence of water injection are the main factors affecting the shape of new fractures. The finite element model of the refracturing well is established by using the multi-physical field coupling software COMSOL, the mechanism and influencing factors of the refracturing fracture turn are analyzed, and the water injection development block model is established. The distribution law of injected water induced stress and the influence of injection quantity and injection-production pattern distribution on the new fracture turn are studied in this paper. The results show that the fracture turn is affected by reservoir stress state, oil well production condition and initial fracture length, and stress concentration is produced around the injection well, and the new fracture turning law is influenced by a certain well spacing. This study can be used to predict the effect of repeated fracturing, optimize the selection of wells and layers for repeated fracturing, and guide the design of field fracturing schemes.
