【摘要】：靖邊氣田北部蘇東南區(qū)塊是一個(gè)低滲砂巖氣藏,具有低孔隙低滲透、低豐度、大面積、中低產(chǎn)、埋藏深、非常規(guī)隱蔽性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),是靖邊氣田產(chǎn)能接替的主要區(qū)塊。氣藏壓力下降快、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)難度大、儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)用程度低、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益差。為了提高該氣藏的儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)用及采出程度,經(jīng)過(guò)3年的研究,于2012年開始進(jìn)行蘇東南區(qū)塊壓裂水平井整體開發(fā)。所以對(duì)壓裂水平井進(jìn)行全面的動(dòng)態(tài)分析是確保該區(qū)塊高效開發(fā)的基礎(chǔ)。 本文以靖邊蘇東南氣藏壓裂水平井為研究對(duì)象,在調(diào)研資料總結(jié)區(qū)塊地質(zhì)特征的基礎(chǔ)上,選取生產(chǎn)狀況較為良好的氣井進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)分析。利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)壓裂水平井進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)能評(píng)價(jià)、單井控制儲(chǔ)量計(jì)算、產(chǎn)量遞減規(guī)律分析以及合理工作制度研究,對(duì)該氣藏壓裂水平井的開發(fā)有著重要意義。 通過(guò)研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論： (1)通過(guò)壓裂水平井理論產(chǎn)能公式和一點(diǎn)法公式對(duì)氣井進(jìn)行產(chǎn)能評(píng)價(jià),并進(jìn)行產(chǎn)能影響因素分析。 (2)運(yùn)用流動(dòng)物質(zhì)平衡法、井口壓力遞減法、現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)量遞減法對(duì)壓裂水平井進(jìn)行了單井控制儲(chǔ)量計(jì)算,對(duì)比得出的結(jié)果可靠。 (3)運(yùn)用Arp's傳統(tǒng)遞減曲線對(duì)出現(xiàn)遞減趨勢(shì)的壓裂水平井進(jìn)行分析,確定氣井的遞減類型、初始遞減率、可采儲(chǔ)量、剩余儲(chǔ)量以及廢棄年限。 (4)采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)法、采氣指數(shù)法和臨界攜液流量法對(duì)壓裂水平井進(jìn)行合理配產(chǎn),確定氣井的合理工作制度。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)蘇東南壓裂水平井的動(dòng)態(tài)分析,為蘇東南區(qū)塊合理高效開發(fā)提供了有力的保證。
[Abstract]:Southeast Jiangsu block in the northern part of Jingbian gas field is a low permeability sandstone gas reservoir with the characteristics of low porosity and low permeability, low abundance, large area, medium and low production, deep burial and strong unconventional concealment. It is the main block of productivity replacement in Jingbian gas field. Gas reservoir pressure decreases rapidly, stable production is difficult, reserve production is low, and economic benefit is poor. In order to improve the reserve production and recovery degree of the gas reservoir, after 3 years of research, the whole development of fractured horizontal wells in southeastern Jiangsu block was started in 2012. Therefore, the comprehensive performance analysis of fracturing horizontal well is the basis to ensure the high-efficiency development of the block. In this paper, the fractured horizontal well in southeastern Jiangsu gas reservoir in Jingbian is taken as the research object. On the basis of investigating and summarizing the geological characteristics of the block, the gas wells with good production condition are selected for dynamic analysis. Based on the field data, the productivity evaluation of the fractured horizontal well, the calculation of the controlled reserves of the single well, the analysis of the law of production decline and the study of the reasonable working system are of great significance to the development of the fractured horizontal well in the gas reservoir. Through the research, this paper draws the following conclusions: 1) through theoretical productivity formula and one-point formula of fracturing horizontal well, the productivity of gas well is evaluated, and the factors affecting productivity are analyzed. 2) the controlled reserves of fracturing horizontal wells are calculated by means of fluid material balance method, wellhead pressure decline method and modern production decline method. The results obtained by comparison are reliable. 3) using the traditional decline curve of Arp's to analyze the fracturing horizontal wells with decreasing trend, and to determine the decline type, initial decline rate, recoverable reserves, remaining reserves and abandoned years of gas wells. (4) adopting experience method, gas recovery index method and critical liquid carrying flow method to make rational production of fractured horizontal well and to determine the reasonable working system of gas well. By analyzing the performance of fractured horizontal wells in southeastern Jiangsu, this paper provides a strong guarantee for reasonable and efficient development in southeastern Jiangsu.
