Q公司前向一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近幾年,中國高速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境保護需求之間的矛盾日益突出,尋找兩者間的平衡點成為能源改革的重難點。我國幅員遼闊、礦藏資源豐富,但人口基數(shù)大,人均資源占有量低。天然氣作為清潔能源,與其他能源相比具有優(yōu)質(zhì)、環(huán)保、安全、經(jīng)濟等優(yōu)勢,在城市燃氣、化工、汽車燃料、發(fā)電等方面被廣泛利用,天然氣利用率提升對經(jīng)濟建設、社會發(fā)展和環(huán)境保護有積極作用,符合我國能源開發(fā)利用政策。隨著我國國內(nèi)天然氣產(chǎn)量及國際進口量的增加,天然氣輸氣管道及大型民生基礎設施也在同步完善,天然氣已經(jīng)被廣泛應用于生活和生產(chǎn)的各個領域,這為天然氣行業(yè)的相關(guān)企業(yè)提供良好的發(fā)展機遇。Q公司主營業(yè)務為天然氣管道運輸,經(jīng)過5年的業(yè)務拓展,已擁有穩(wěn)定的下游用戶群。但是目前廣西液化天然氣總體價格走勢偏低,市場滲透能力強,激烈的市場競爭給Q公司的經(jīng)營帶來巨大壓力。本文運用一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及國內(nèi)外天然氣行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論、研究成果,以Q公司為實例輔助采用PESTEL分析、波特五力分析、SWOT分析等多種方法對其數(shù)據(jù)信息進行綜合研究,系統(tǒng)、深入剖析Q公司的外部環(huán)境及所掌握的資源等方面,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出Q公司選擇前向一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的建議,以突破單一產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、提升盈利能力和競爭能力。為保證Q公司前向一體化戰(zhàn)略順利實施,同步配套一系列行之有效的措施,并對該戰(zhàn)略實施全過程進行實時監(jiān)控。論文研究天然氣管道運輸企業(yè)實施前向一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的可行性和必要性,將理論研究與實踐相結(jié)合,完善縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略的理論體系,這對Q公司未來的發(fā)展規(guī)劃具有指導意義,對其他天然氣相關(guān)企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒價值,對我國天然氣行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the contradiction between China's rapidly developing economy and environmental protection needs has become increasingly prominent. Finding a balance between the two becomes the most important and difficult point in energy reform. China has a vast territory and rich mineral resources, but the population base is large and the per capita resources are low. Natural gas, as a clean energy source, has the advantages of high quality, environmental protection, safety and economy compared with other energy sources. It is widely used in urban gas, chemical industry, automobile fuel, power generation and so on. Social development and environmental protection have a positive role, in line with China's energy development and utilization policy. With the increase of domestic natural gas production and international imports, natural gas pipelines and large-scale livelihood infrastructure are also improving simultaneously. Natural gas has been widely used in various fields of life and production. This provides a good development opportunity for the related enterprises in the natural gas industry. Q Company's main business is natural gas pipeline transportation. After 5 years of business expansion, it has a stable downstream user group. But at present the price trend of Guangxi liquefied natural gas is on the low side, the market penetration ability is strong, and the fierce market competition brings great pressure to Q company's operation. In this paper, the integrated development strategy and domestic and foreign natural gas industry strategy theory, research results, Q company as an example to assist the use of PESTEL analysis, Porter five-force analysis of the data information analysis and other methods to conduct a comprehensive study. Based on the analysis of Q Company's external environment and resources, the paper puts forward suggestions for Q Company to choose forward integrated development strategy in order to break through the single industrial chain and enhance profitability and competitiveness. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of forward integration strategy of Q Company, a series of effective measures are synchronized and the whole process of implementation of the strategy is monitored in real time. This paper studies the feasibility and necessity of implementing forward integrated development strategy for natural gas pipeline transportation enterprises, combines theoretical research with practice, and consummates the theoretical system of vertical integration strategy. This is of guiding significance to the future development planning of Q Company, a certain reference value to the development of other natural gas related enterprises, and a certain practical significance to the sustainable development of natural gas industry in China.
