稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)能效評價研究

【摘要】:稠油熱采是稠油油藏開發(fā)最有效的技術手段之一。稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)主要由蒸汽發(fā)生器(以下稱“注汽鍋爐”)、蒸汽輸送管道及附件等組成,研究稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)能效評價,可以為注汽系統(tǒng)節(jié)能降耗提供一定的理論指導。本文分析稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)的組成、工作原理及其能耗分布情況,研究確定注汽系統(tǒng)能耗的計算方法,包括注汽鍋爐熱效率、蒸汽輸送管道以及系統(tǒng)的能耗計算,在此基礎上,進行稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)能耗影響因素分析研究。根據(jù)測試具體要求將注汽鍋爐的測試劃分為一級測試、二級測試和三級測試共三個測試級別,并進行注汽鍋爐熱效率計算方法的研究,同時針對三級測試的注汽鍋爐分析研究其能效綜合評價方法。通過對稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)的能耗分析及現(xiàn)場的實際情況,綜合考慮相關的測試和評價標準,建立稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)的能效評價指標體系,分別為注汽鍋爐的熱效率、排煙溫度、空氣系數(shù)和爐體環(huán)表溫差,蒸汽輸送管道環(huán)表溫差,疏水閥的漏汽率,注汽井口表面溫度以及注汽系統(tǒng)的能源效率,確定各項指標的計算方法及其限值。最后,研究確定稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)能效綜合評價方法,并在理論研究的基礎上,進行實例分析。注汽鍋爐是稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)的主要耗能設備之一,注汽鍋爐的高效運行對稠油熱采注汽系統(tǒng)節(jié)能降耗工作至關重要。因此,本文在分析研究注汽鍋爐結構、工作原理和能耗情況的基礎上,對注汽鍋爐進行改造,回收利用注汽鍋爐排出的高溫飽和水的余熱,并通過實例分析,驗證其可行性和節(jié)能效果,結果表明該方法能夠取得較好的節(jié)能效果。
[Abstract]:Thermal recovery of heavy oil is one of the most effective techniques for heavy oil reservoir development. The steam injection system for thermal recovery of heavy oil is mainly composed of steam generator (hereinafter referred to as "steam injection boiler", steam conveying pipeline and accessories, etc.) the research on energy efficiency evaluation of steam injection system for thermal recovery of heavy oil can provide certain theoretical guidance for energy saving and consumption reduction of steam injection system. In this paper, the composition, working principle and energy consumption distribution of steam injection system for thermal recovery of heavy oil are analyzed, and the calculation method of energy consumption of steam injection system is studied, including heat efficiency of steam injection boiler, steam conveying pipeline and energy consumption calculation of system. The factors affecting energy consumption of steam injection system for thermal recovery of heavy oil were analyzed and studied. According to the specific requirements of the test, the test of steam injection boiler is divided into three levels: the first test, the second test and the third test. The thermal efficiency calculation method of steam injection boiler is studied. At the same time, the comprehensive evaluation method of energy efficiency of steam injection boiler based on three-level test is studied. Based on the energy consumption analysis of steam injection system for thermal recovery of heavy oil and the actual situation on the spot, the energy efficiency evaluation index system of steam injection system for thermal recovery of heavy oil is established by considering the relevant test and evaluation criteria, which are respectively the thermal efficiency of steam injection boiler and the exhaust gas temperature. Air coefficient and furnace surface temperature difference, steam conveying pipeline ring surface temperature difference, steam leakage rate of trap valve, steam injection wellhead surface temperature and energy efficiency of steam injection system are determined. The calculation method and limit value of each index are determined. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation method of energy efficiency of steam injection system for thermal recovery of heavy oil is established, and an example is analyzed on the basis of theoretical research. Steam injection boiler is one of the main energy consuming equipments in the steam injection system for thermal recovery of heavy oil. The efficient operation of steam injection boiler is very important to the energy saving and consumption reduction of steam injection system for thermal production of heavy oil. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing and studying the structure, working principle and energy consumption of steam injection boiler, the steam injection boiler is reformed to recover the waste heat from high temperature saturated water discharged by steam injection boiler. The feasibility and energy-saving effect of the method are verified, and the results show that the method can achieve better energy-saving effect.
