支鏈羥基官能化SBS的制備及在改性瀝青中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以聚苯乙烯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)為原料,巰基乙醇(MCH)為改性劑,偶氮二異丁腈(AIBN)為引發(fā)劑,利用巰基-烯加成接枝反應(yīng),制備出支鏈羥基官能化SBS(SBS-g-OH)。通過FTIR、~1HNMR、TGA表征了產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能,考察了反應(yīng)時(shí)間、溫度和巰基乙醇用量對(duì)官能度的影響、官能度對(duì)SBS-g-OH相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量及聚丁二烯(PB)段1,2-C=C和1,4-C=C雙鍵結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。另外,探究了不同官能度的SBS-g-OH對(duì)提高改性瀝青穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)m(SBS)∶m(MCH)∶m(AIBN)=5∶1∶0.01時(shí),在80℃下反應(yīng)3 h可得官能度(FD)為24.07%的SBS-g-OH,且羥基主要接枝在SBS的PB段1,2-C=C雙鍵上,該官能度的改性瀝青離析程度最小,儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性提高最為明顯。
[Abstract]:SBSS-g-OHs with branched hydroxyl groups were prepared from polystyrene-polybutadiene-polystyrene block copolymer (SBS), mercaptoethanol (MCH) as modifier and azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The structure and properties of the product were characterized by FTIR 1H NMRGA. The effects of reaction time, temperature and the amount of mercaptoethanol on the functional degree, the relative molecular weight of SBS-g-OH and the double bond structures of 1 ~ (2) -C ~ (-) C and 1 ~ (4) -C ~ (-C) of polybutadiene-butadiene (PBB) were investigated. In addition, the effect of SBS-g-OH with different functionalities on the stability of modified asphalt was investigated.
