【摘要】：在煉化企業(yè)中,煉化設備是風險的主要載體。煉化設備的失效不僅會帶來嚴重的人員、環(huán)境的危害,而且對于企業(yè)的生產運營造成嚴重的經濟損失。設備完整性的產生就是要保證煉化設備的安全運行,但是在國內,煉化企業(yè)的設備完整性雖然有很多的科研機構、大型企業(yè)在積極的進行從國外進行引進,但是總體來說我國的煉化設備的完整性管理依舊是處于一種剛起步的階段,本論文通過對于設備完整性體系的研究希望能夠對于我國煉化企業(yè)的設備完整性管理提供借鑒。本課題主要研究了以下三個方面:(1)在分析國內外文獻和煉化企業(yè)設備完整性相關體系要素構建的基礎上,開展設備完整性管理體系研究,總結凝練適合于煉化企業(yè)設備管理的核心要素。(2)分析研究設備完整性管理評估方法和評估模式,指導企業(yè)開展設備完整性管理現狀的評估,同時研究建立和實施設備完整性管理體系的步驟和方法,從而指導企業(yè)建立實施并保持設備完整性管理體系的有效運行。(3)依據設備完整性管理體系和管理要求,設備完整性管理信息系統(tǒng)的功能架構和技術架構,并從設備風險管理信息化角度提出設備風險管理信息化的實現方式,并對風險管理軟件界面進行了設計工作,以延遲焦化裝置為例進行了應用說明,為指導企業(yè)建設設備完整性管理信息系統(tǒng)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In refining and chemical enterprises, refining equipment is the main carrier of risk. The failure of refinery equipment will not only bring serious damage to personnel and environment, but also cause serious economic losses to the production and operation of enterprises. The production of equipment integrity is to ensure the safe operation of refining and chemical equipment. But in China, although there are many scientific research institutions for the equipment integrity of refining and chemical enterprises, large enterprises are actively introducing them from abroad. But overall, the integrity management of refinery equipment in our country is still in a new stage. This paper hopes to provide reference for the equipment integrity management of Chinese refining and chemical enterprises through the research of equipment integrity system. This subject mainly studies the following three aspects: 1) based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and the construction of relevant system elements of equipment integrity in refinery and chemical enterprises, the research on equipment integrity management system is carried out. Summing up the core elements suitable for equipment management in refining and chemical enterprises.) analyzing and researching the evaluation methods and models of equipment integrity management, guiding enterprises to carry out the evaluation of equipment integrity management status quo. At the same time, it studies the steps and methods of establishing and implementing the equipment integrity management system, so as to guide the enterprise to establish and maintain the effective operation of the equipment integrity management system according to the equipment integrity management system and management requirements. The functional structure and technical framework of the equipment integrity management information system are put forward from the point of view of the equipment risk management information, and the design of the risk management software interface is carried out. Taking the delayed coking plant as an example, the application explanation is given, which can be used as a reference for guiding enterprises to build the equipment integrity management information system.
