【摘要】:設(shè)計開發(fā)高活性超深度氧化脫硫催化劑是解決未來石化工業(yè)適應(yīng)日益嚴(yán)格要求的清潔燃油標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的重要出路之一。本文合成了Keggin結(jié)構(gòu)多聚鋁陽離子烷基硫酸鹽Al_13-SDS和磷鎢酸(HPW)多陰離子構(gòu)筑的催化劑HPW-Al_13-SDS(SDS=十二烷基硫酸鈉),采用傅里葉紅外光譜(FT-IR)、紫外可見光譜(UV-Vis)、熱重分析(TG)、X射線衍射(XRD)和Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)等測試手段對催化劑的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征。FT-IR和UV-Vis的表征結(jié)果表明,焙燒后的催化劑中多聚鋁陽離子和HPW同時保持Keggin骨架結(jié)構(gòu)。以有機(jī)硫二苯并噻吩(DBT)的正己烷溶液為模擬油品的氧化脫硫為探針反應(yīng),在選定的條件下,DBT有機(jī)硫的脫除率達(dá)到99.5%。反應(yīng)后HPW-Al_13-SDS催化劑的FT-IR和XRD的表征證實(shí)產(chǎn)生過氧化多鎢酸化合物。催化劑能夠循環(huán)使用,易分離,循環(huán)使用后活性未見明顯降低,是理想的模型有機(jī)硫化物氧化脫除用催化劑。
[Abstract]:Design and development of high activity ultra deep oxidation desulfurization catalyst is one of the important ways to solve the future petrochemical industry to adapt to the increasingly stringent requirements of clean fuel standards. In this paper, Keggin polyaluminum cationic alkyl sulfate Al_13-SDS and phosphotungstate polyanionic catalyst HPW-Al13-SDSSDS = dodecyl sodium sulfate have been synthesized. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV-Vis-IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) have been used to analyze the X-ray diffraction of poly (aluminum) cationic sulfate (Al_13-SDS) and phosphotungstic acid (HPW). The structure of the catalyst was characterized by means of XRD and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller-Bet. The results of FT-IR and UV-Vis showed that the structure of the catalyst was characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis. The polyaluminum cations and HPW in the calcined catalyst maintain the Keggin skeleton structure at the same time. Using n-hexane solution of organic sulfur dibenzothiophene (DBT) as a probe for oxidation desulfurization of simulated oil, the removal rate of organic sulfur from dibenzothiophene dithiophene (DBT) was 99.5% under selected conditions. The FT-IR and XRD characterization of the HPW-Al_13-SDS catalyst confirmed the formation of polytungstic acid peroxide compounds. The catalyst can be recycled, easily separated, and the activity of the catalyst is not obviously reduced after recycling, so it is an ideal catalyst for the oxidation and removal of organic sulphide.
