硝酸鉍作為催化劑氧化脫除模擬油中的二苯并噻吩

【摘要】:以硝酸鉍為催化劑,1-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸鹽離子液體([HMIM]BF_4)為萃取劑和助催化劑,H_2O_2為氧化劑氧化脫除模擬油中的二苯并噻吩(DBT)?疾炝朔磻(yīng)溫度、H_2O_2用量、催化劑用量、離子液體用量對(duì)脫硫率的影響。結(jié)果表明,在模擬油5mL、硝酸鉍加入量0.02g、[HMIM]BF_4加入量1.0mL、H_2O_2加入量0.3mL、反應(yīng)溫度80℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間180min的最佳條件下,模擬油的DBT脫除率可以達(dá)到99.5%。催化劑循環(huán)使用5次活性無明顯下降。對(duì)硝酸鉍的氧化脫硫機(jī)理進(jìn)行了解釋。
[Abstract]:Using bismuth nitrate as catalyst, 1-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid ([HMIM] BF _ 4) was used as extractant and co-catalyst H _ 2O _ 2 as oxidant to remove dibenzothiophene dithiophene (DBT) from simulated oil. The effects of reaction temperature, H _ 2O _ 2, catalyst and ionic liquid on the desulphurization rate were investigated. The results show that under the optimum conditions of simulated oil 5mL, bismuth nitrate 0.02g, [HMIM] BF_4 1.0mLH2O2 0.3mL, reaction temperature 80 鈩,
