潤(rùn)滑油基材碳酸二異辛酯的合成工藝

【摘要】:以碳酸鉀作為催化劑,異辛醇與碳酸甲辛酯催化酯交換-吸附法合成碳酸二異辛酯。考察了醇酯比、催化劑用量和反應(yīng)時(shí)間等因素對(duì)反應(yīng)的影響。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)得到適宜工藝條件為催化劑用量為5%,醇酯比為4∶1,溫度控制在160~170℃條件下反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2 h,產(chǎn)品碳酸二異辛酯產(chǎn)率為47.2%,采用氣相色譜分析質(zhì)量純度99.1%。催化劑重復(fù)使用4次時(shí),催化活性沒有明顯的降低。
[Abstract]:Diisooctyl carbonate was synthesized by transesterification and adsorption of isooctanol with methyl octyl carbonate using potassium carbonate as catalyst. The effects of alcohol / ester ratio, amount of catalyst and reaction time on the reaction were investigated.
