改性碳納米管增韌樹脂覆膜砂支撐劑的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:本文在國內(nèi)外樹脂覆膜砂支撐劑研究的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮樹脂覆膜砂支撐劑的密度、強度、耐濕熱性以及耐腐蝕性等影響因素,結(jié)合樹脂覆膜砂支撐劑應(yīng)用中存在的技術(shù)問題,在國內(nèi)外關(guān)于樹脂共混改性以及納米材料改性樹脂體系研究的啟發(fā)下,針對石英砂及普通覆膜砂石油壓裂支撐劑在中、高閉合壓力的地層中使用時普遍存在承壓低、長期導(dǎo)流能力不穩(wěn)定等問題,我們以偶聯(lián)劑改性石英砂為型芯,以表面接枝聚合物的碳納米管(CNT)改性的環(huán)氧/雙馬共混樹脂為涂覆層,通過優(yōu)化成球工藝,開發(fā)出一種綜合性能優(yōu)異的新型樹脂覆膜砂支撐劑。具體分為四個步驟完成:1)對石英砂進行表面改性以提高其與覆膜層的連接強度;2)通過CNT增韌二元樹脂體系提高樹脂覆膜層的強度;3)通過化學(xué)鍵連接石英砂表面與樹脂覆膜層以提升覆膜砂強度;4)優(yōu)化覆膜成型工藝以期獲得球度較好、表面光滑的覆膜砂支撐劑。通過以上步驟獲得一種新型樹脂覆膜砂支撐劑,其具有以下優(yōu)點:1)抗壓強度高,在69 MPa的閉合壓力下破碎率大幅降低;2)較好的長期導(dǎo)流能力;3)較高的球度和光滑度;4)酸溶解度較低;5)較強的疏水性能;6)成本較低。將價格低廉的石英砂支撐劑的應(yīng)用范圍從淺層擴大到深層、致密層油氣井,極大的降低了油井深層開發(fā)的成本,提高產(chǎn)油效率,具有重要的科學(xué)意義和經(jīng)濟價值。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the research on the supporting agent for resin coated sand at home and abroad, the influence factors such as density, strength, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance of resin coated sand support are considered, and the technical problems existing in the application of resin coated sand support are combined, and the research on the modification of resin and the modified resin system of nanomaterials at home and abroad In the light of the oil fracturing proppant in quartz sand and ordinary coated sand in the middle and high closed pressure formation, there are many problems, such as low bearing pressure and unstable long-term conductivity. We use the coupling agent modified quartz sand as the core, and the epoxy / double horse blend resin modified by the surface grafting polymer of carbon nanometers (CNT) as the coating. Layer, through the optimization of the ball forming process, a new resin coated sand support agent with excellent comprehensive properties is developed. It is divided into four steps: 1) surface modification of quartz sand to improve the bonding strength with the coating layer; 2) toughening two yuan resin system through CNT to improve the strength of the tree fat covering layer; 3) connection of quartz sand through chemical bonds. Surface and resin coated layer to improve the strength of film coated sand; 4) optimize the coating molding process to obtain better sphericity and smooth surface of film sand supporting agent. Through the above steps, a new resin coated sand support agent has been obtained. It has the following advantages: 1) high compressive strength, a significant reduction in the crushing rate under the closed pressure of 69 MPa; 2) better length. Time diversion capacity; 3) higher sphericity and smoothness; 4) low acid solubility; 5) strong hydrophobicity; 6) low cost. The application range of quartz sand support agent is extended from shallow layer to deep layer, compact layer oil and gas well, which greatly reduces the cost of deep opening in oil well and improves oil production efficiency. It has important scientific significance and classics. Economic value.
