委內(nèi)瑞拉ANACO油田固井水泥漿體系研究

【摘要】:委內(nèi)瑞拉東部地區(qū)ANACO油田氣井區(qū)塊是委內(nèi)瑞拉國家石油公司在東部地區(qū)固井技術(shù)要求最高、難度最大的區(qū)塊,該區(qū)塊地層破裂壓力梯度低,有高壓水層和低壓氣層,環(huán)空容易發(fā)生氣竄,并含有H_2S和CO_2,呈泥質(zhì)砂巖。該地區(qū)復(fù)雜的地質(zhì)條件給鉆井作業(yè)及后續(xù)完井階段造成很大困難,特別是固井作業(yè)要求十分嚴(yán)格,一旦固井質(zhì)量達(dá)不到要求將會造成完井后井口冒油冒氣,產(chǎn)量下降,采收率降低以及井口失控發(fā)生井噴事故等嚴(yán)重后果;谝陨险J(rèn)識,ANACO區(qū)塊固井的復(fù)雜性主要源于水泥及材料固有的缺陷和地層條件的多變性,正確認(rèn)識地質(zhì)條件對固井的影響和選擇合適的固井材料、工藝措施是解決固井難題的基本出發(fā)點(diǎn)。本課題通過對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的高強(qiáng)低密度水泥漿技術(shù)、防氣竄原理及技術(shù)、防腐蝕機(jī)理等的發(fā)展及研究現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,根據(jù)緊密堆積原理計(jì)算選擇合適的減輕劑、增強(qiáng)材料和防腐蝕材料,結(jié)合兩年來在該地區(qū)作業(yè)積累的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),研發(fā)出能夠滿足現(xiàn)場固井施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的高強(qiáng)低密度水泥漿體系、防氣竄水泥漿體系和防腐蝕水泥漿體系,綜合各水泥漿體系優(yōu)良性能,設(shè)計(jì)出了一整套高強(qiáng)低密度、常規(guī)密度防腐防氣竄水泥漿體系,解決了委內(nèi)瑞拉東部氣田固井中易漏失、酸性氣體腐蝕水泥石(環(huán))、氣竄問題。本文的研究成果能夠很好的解決ANACO地區(qū)固井井漏、氣竄和腐蝕等固井施工難題,同時對國內(nèi)外其它地區(qū)的復(fù)雜井固井、頁巖氣固井、儲氣庫固井等非常規(guī)井固井作業(yè)也有借鑒意義,具有良好的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:The ANACO oilfield gas well block in the eastern part of Venezuela is the most demanding and difficult area of the Venezuelan National Oil Co in the eastern region. The fracture pressure gradient of the block is low, the high-pressure water layer and the low pressure gas reservoir are high, the air channeling is easy to occur in the annular space, and the H_2S and CO_2 are found in the mudstone. It is very difficult for drilling operation and subsequent completion stage, especially the requirement of cementing operation is very strict. Once the cementing quality is not reached, the well head oil and gas, production decline, recovery rate and wellhead blowout accident are serious after completion of well completion. Based on the above understanding, the complexity of ANACO block cementing is complex. It mainly originates from the inherent defects of cement and material and the variability of the formation conditions, the correct understanding of the influence of the geological conditions on the cementing and the selection of the appropriate cementing materials. The technological measures are the basic starting points for the solution of the cementing problem. According to the close packing principle, the suitable lightening agent is chosen, the material and the corrosion resistant material are reinforced according to the close packing principle, and the high strength and low density cement slurry system, the anti gas channeling cement slurry system and the corrosion protection are developed in combination with the practical experience accumulated in the area for two years. A complete set of high strength and low density, conventional density anticorrosion and anti gas channeling cement slurry system has been designed to solve the problem of leakage in cementing in the eastern Venezuela gas field, acid gas corrosion cement stone (ring) and gas channeling in the east of Venezuela. The research results of this paper can well solve the leakage of cementing wells in ANACO area. Gas channeling and corrosion, such as cementing problems, are also useful for the cementing operation of complex well cementing, shale gas cementing and gas storage cementing in other areas at home and abroad.
