分支管道長(zhǎng)度對(duì)油氣爆炸強(qiáng)度影響試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究不同長(zhǎng)度分支管道對(duì)油氣爆炸強(qiáng)度的影響,搭建不同分支管道試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。分別在直管道中和帶有分支管道的直管道中進(jìn)行油氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)為1.75%的爆炸試驗(yàn),并分析爆炸超壓值、升壓速率、火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣纫约盎鹧鎻?qiáng)度等特性參數(shù)變化情況。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,分支管道對(duì)直管內(nèi)的爆炸超壓、升壓速率、火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣取⒒鹧鎻?qiáng)度和火焰持續(xù)時(shí)間有強(qiáng)化作用,并且分支管道越長(zhǎng),強(qiáng)化作用越顯著,但是較短的分支管道由于面積突擴(kuò)導(dǎo)致的泄壓效應(yīng)和管壁耗散效應(yīng)占主導(dǎo)地位,使得分支管道后火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣认陆怠?br/>[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of different length branch pipeline on the explosion intensity of oil and gas, the test system of different branch pipeline was set up. The explosion tests of 1.75% oil and gas volume fraction were carried out in the straight pipeline and in the straight pipeline with branch pipe, and the changes of the explosion overpressure value, the pressure rising rate, the flame propagation velocity and the flame intensity were analyzed. The experimental results show that the branch pipeline can enhance the explosion overpressure, pressure rise rate, flame propagation velocity, flame intensity and flame duration in the straight pipe, and the longer the branch pipeline is, the more obvious the strengthening effect is. However, the pressure relief effect and the wall dissipation effect of the short branch pipeline are dominant due to the sudden expansion of the area, which makes the flame propagation speed decrease after the branch pipeline.
