抗溫270℃鉆井液聚合物降濾失劑的研制

【摘要】:采用水溶液聚合引發(fā)體系,合成了抗高溫聚合物降濾失劑HR-1?疾炝嘶鶊F(tuán)比、單體摩爾比、體系p H、總單體用量、交聯(lián)劑加量、引發(fā)劑加量等條件對(duì)HR-1性能的影響;并在淡水基漿和水基鉆井液中對(duì)HR-1的性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。采用FTIR,TG,DTG等方法對(duì)HR-1進(jìn)行表征。綜合考慮最優(yōu)合成條件為:基團(tuán)比為6∶4,單體摩爾比為10∶5,p H8,總單體用量(w)保持在60%~67%,交聯(lián)劑加量(w)固定在7.0%~8.5%,引發(fā)劑加量(w)為0.3%~0.7%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,HR-1表現(xiàn)出良好的熱穩(wěn)定性和降濾失能力,抗溫達(dá)270℃,在淡水基漿中HR-1加量為2.0%(w)時(shí),中壓濾失量(FL)由46.0 m L降至7.6 m L;抗溫270℃鉆井液體系高溫穩(wěn)定性好,流變性易于控制,FL小于4.0 m L,高溫高壓濾失量小于13.0m L。表征結(jié)果顯示,反應(yīng)單體發(fā)生了接枝共聚反應(yīng),并具有較強(qiáng)的熱穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The high temperature polymer filtrate reducer HR-1 was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization initiator. The effects of group ratio, monomer molar ratio, system pH, total monomer content, crosslinking agent dosage and initiator dosage on the properties of HR-1 were investigated, and the properties of HR-1 were evaluated in fresh water based slurry and water-based drilling fluid. HR-1 was characterized by FTIR TG-DTG. The optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of group is 6: 4, the molar ratio of monomer is 10: 5p / H 8, the amount of total monomer is kept at 60: 67 and the amount of crosslinking agent is fixed at 7. 0% and 8. 5%, and the amount of initiator is 0. 3% and 0. 7%.
