歡26塊興隆臺(tái)油層深部調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)多數(shù)油田已經(jīng)進(jìn)入高含水或特高含水的開采后期,常規(guī)的堵水調(diào)剖技術(shù)已不能滿足油田生產(chǎn)需求,深部調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)是近幾年發(fā)展起來的一項(xiàng)旨在改善油田注水開發(fā)效果的技術(shù),在改善高含水油藏水驅(qū)開發(fā)方面獲得了顯著效果。遼河油田根據(jù)歡26斷塊油藏非均質(zhì)嚴(yán)重、注水利用率低、注水效果逐年變差的特點(diǎn),有針對(duì)性的開展了深部調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)。本論文將通過系統(tǒng)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外調(diào)剖堵水技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,結(jié)合該區(qū)塊開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題,系統(tǒng)地開展區(qū)域沉積特征、孔隙度特征、流體性質(zhì)分析、油藏條件分析等精細(xì)地質(zhì)研究,認(rèn)真收集歡26塊油藏壓力、水驅(qū)儲(chǔ)量控制程度、水驅(qū)動(dòng)用程度、注水利用率等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),重點(diǎn)對(duì)凝膠體系、體膨顆粒類以及驅(qū)油體系等開展室內(nèi)靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)性能指標(biāo)篩選和評(píng)價(jià)研究,通過一系列試驗(yàn)給出適合于歡26塊油藏特點(diǎn)的調(diào)驅(qū)體系配方和注入方式,建立“封、調(diào)驅(qū)、洗”設(shè)計(jì)理念,利用復(fù)合凝膠體系封堵優(yōu)勢(shì)通道,利用可動(dòng)凝膠調(diào)驅(qū),注入地層深部,實(shí)現(xiàn)液流轉(zhuǎn)向,改善吸水剖面,提高注入水波及體積,最終提高水驅(qū)采收率,為老區(qū)持續(xù)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)發(fā)揮積極的作用。
[Abstract]:At present, most oil fields in China have entered the late stage of production with high water cut or extra high water cut, and the conventional water plugging and profile control technology can no longer meet the production needs of oil fields. Deep water flooding is a technology developed in recent years to improve the water flooding development in oil fields. It has achieved remarkable results in improving water drive development in high water cut reservoirs. According to the characteristics of serious heterogeneity of Huan26 fault block reservoir, low water injection utilization rate and poor water injection effect year by year, Liaohe Oilfield has developed the deep adjustment and flooding technology. This paper will systematically analyze the present situation and existing problems of profile control and water shutoff technology at home and abroad, combining with the current situation and main problems of the development of the block, systematically carry out the analysis of regional sedimentary characteristics, porosity characteristics and fluid properties. Fine geological research, such as reservoir condition analysis, and serious collection of relevant data such as reservoir pressure, water drive reserve control degree, water drive use degree, water injection utilization ratio, etc., in block Huan 26, with emphasis on the gel system, The static and dynamic performance index screening and evaluation research were carried out in laboratory, such as bulky particles and oil displacement system. Through a series of tests, the formula and injection mode of oil displacement system suitable for Huan 26 reservoir were given, and the "sealing, adjusting flooding" was established. "washing" design concept, using composite gel system to block the dominant channel, using movable gel to adjust and drive, injecting deep layer, realizing liquid flow turn, improving water absorption profile, increasing injection water wave and volume, and finally increasing water drive recovery, To play a positive role in maintaining stable production in the old area.
