【摘要】:油庫(kù)是儲(chǔ)存及中轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)輸油料的基地,具有相當(dāng)?shù)奈kU(xiǎn)性,因此一個(gè)小的錯(cuò)誤或不慎操作,都有可能導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的安全事故,給國(guó)家和人民帶來巨大的損失,因此實(shí)際生產(chǎn)多遠(yuǎn)離城市且嚴(yán)禁無資質(zhì)人員的操作,這就給相關(guān)行業(yè)中新職工的上崗培訓(xùn)以及學(xué)生的教學(xué)與實(shí)習(xí)帶來了不便,為確保人員與生產(chǎn)安全,又為取得較好的教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)效果,故提出輸油管線操作管理仿真系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。本文以某大型油庫(kù)真實(shí)工藝流程與設(shè)備參數(shù)為依據(jù),在Microsoft Visual Studio2008的編譯環(huán)境下,以C#為開發(fā)語言,結(jié)合SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)開發(fā)了輸油管線操作仿真系統(tǒng)、輸油管線操作考核系統(tǒng)、輸油管線設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)三部分內(nèi)容。在開發(fā)過程中首先對(duì)工藝流程進(jìn)行了整理與簡(jiǎn)化,確定開發(fā)方案,利用GDI+圖形技術(shù)為仿真系統(tǒng)所需的設(shè)備編寫控件,如油罐、輸油泵以及液位顯示條等。建立了油罐內(nèi)液位,流量計(jì)的流量,輸油泵的溫度與壓力隨時(shí)間的變化關(guān)系并通過編寫代碼對(duì)其進(jìn)行仿真模擬。本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行后可仿真油庫(kù)輸油管線工藝流程,操作者可對(duì)閥門進(jìn)行開閉操作,系統(tǒng)可逼真顯示管道內(nèi)油品的流動(dòng),流量、液位、壓力等參數(shù)的變動(dòng),操作者還可通過演示界面快速觀看整套工藝流程,并對(duì)自身的學(xué)習(xí)效果進(jìn)行考核,通過設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)可對(duì)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)并對(duì)其進(jìn)行操作管理。本仿真系統(tǒng)能讓學(xué)員在安全的環(huán)境下,高效的進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)與實(shí)習(xí),系統(tǒng)集操作考核與設(shè)備管理于一體,具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The oil depot is a base for storage and transit transportation of oil, which is quite dangerous. Therefore, a small mistake or careless operation may lead to serious safety accidents and bring huge losses to the country and the people. Therefore, the actual production is far away from the city and the operation of unqualified personnel is strictly prohibited. This brings inconvenience to the induction training of new workers in related industries, as well as the teaching and practice of students, in order to ensure the safety of personnel and production. In order to obtain better teaching practice effect, the paper puts forward the development of oil pipeline operation management simulation system. Based on the actual technological process and equipment parameters of a large oil depot, under the compiling environment of Microsoft Visual Studio2008, using C # as the development language and combining with the SQL database technology, this paper develops an oil pipeline operation simulation system and an oil pipeline operation assessment system. Three parts of oil pipeline equipment management system. In the process of development, the process flow is arranged and simplified, the development scheme is determined, and the GDI graphics technology is used to compile controls for the equipment needed in the simulation system, such as oil tank, oil pump and liquid level display bar. The relationship between the liquid level, the flow rate of the Flowmeter and the temperature and pressure of the oil pump with time is established, and the simulation is carried out by writing the code. After the operation of the system, the process flow of oil pipeline in oil depot can be simulated, the operator can operate the valve, and the system can show the flow, flow, level and pressure of oil in the pipeline vividly. The operator can also watch the whole process quickly through the demo interface, and evaluate the learning effect of himself. Through the equipment management system, he can study and manage the key equipment. The simulation system enables trainees to train and practice efficiently in a safe environment. The system integrates operation examination and equipment management, and has certain engineering application value.
