堆載對埋地輸氣管道受力的影響及安全性評價方法研究

【摘要】:管道運輸是能源輸送的一種較為安全快捷的運輸方式,在國民經(jīng)濟中占有很大的比例,因此油氣管道工程已經(jīng)成為國家戰(zhàn)略工程建設(shè)的重要組成部分。管道建成后,在運營期間受到管道途經(jīng)地域的自然因素與人為因素的影響,外部條件不可避免會發(fā)生變化,如管道附近的堆載就十分常見,堆載勢必引起管道發(fā)生變形與應(yīng)力改變,當這種應(yīng)力與變形超過管道的承受范圍時,管道就會發(fā)生災(zāi)害性破壞,并由此引發(fā)事故,造成人民生命財產(chǎn)的損失與環(huán)境的破壞。因此,研究堆載作用對于埋地輸氣管道的影響,對于保障輸氣管道的運營安全具有十分重要的指導(dǎo)作用和實用價值。本文通過對堆載作用下埋地輸氣管道的應(yīng)力、變形進行分析,運用三維數(shù)值模擬軟件ABAQUS分析了堆載作用下,埋地輸氣管道的主要影響因素,對管道進行了詳細的應(yīng)力分析,并運用敏感性分析方法得出了各影響因素間對管道的影響程度,進而得出了快速評價堆載作用下埋地輸氣管道安全性的評價方法,并通過現(xiàn)場大型堆載試驗對該評價方法進行驗證,獲得了如下幾點認識:(1)通過實例系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了堆載體對埋地輸氣管道的影響,分析了堆載條件下輸氣管道的受力特點,包括地基變形、管周土體壓力及影響因素等,在堆載作用下,管道表面應(yīng)力與變形呈現(xiàn)明顯的規(guī)律性。(2)通過現(xiàn)場試驗與數(shù)值模擬對比分析驗證了數(shù)值模擬的可行性。據(jù)此,運用大型有限元軟件ABAQUS建立堆載作用下的管道與地基土體模型,通過對堆載作用下輸氣管道的力學(xué)性狀分析,提出了堆載距離、堆載高度、管道埋深、泊松比等對輸氣管道不同的影響程度,隨著堆載間距的減小,以及堆載高度、管道埋深和泊松比的增大,管道表面應(yīng)力逐漸增大。(3)通過對堆載作用下埋地輸氣管道的影響因素進行敏感性分析,認為泊松比對管道表面應(yīng)力影響最大,其次為管道埋深、堆載間距和堆載高度。(4)分析了埋地輸氣管道的附加應(yīng)力與各影響因素之間的關(guān)系,獲取了它們之間的關(guān)系表達式,獲得了快速評價堆載作用下埋地輸氣管道安全性的重要方法,給出了相應(yīng)的評價流程。(5)結(jié)合華陽現(xiàn)場大型堆載試驗、簡陽天然氣管道殘余應(yīng)力檢測試驗、龍泉驛天然氣管道殘余應(yīng)力檢測試驗,充分驗證了堆載作用下埋地輸氣管道安全性快速評價方法的可靠性。(6)針對堆載作用下埋地輸氣管道存在的風(fēng)險,研究并提出了5項基本保護措施,為提高輸氣管道的安全提供了重要參考。
[Abstract]:Pipeline transportation is a safe and fast transportation mode of energy transmission, which occupies a large proportion in the national economy. Therefore, oil and gas pipeline engineering has become an important part of national strategic engineering construction. After the pipeline is completed, it is affected by the natural and human factors of the pipeline passing through the area during operation, so the external conditions will inevitably change, such as the heaped load near the pipeline is very common. Heaped load is bound to cause pipeline deformation and stress change. When this kind of stress and deformation exceed the bearing range of pipeline, the pipeline will be damaged, which will lead to accidents, resulting in the loss of life and property of the people and the destruction of the environment. Therefore, it is of great importance and practical value to study the influence of heaps on buried gas pipelines and to ensure the safety of gas pipelines. In this paper, the stress and deformation of buried gas pipeline under heaped load are analyzed, and the main influencing factors of buried gas pipeline under heaped load are analyzed by using three-dimensional numerical simulation software ABAQUS, and the stress of pipeline is analyzed in detail. The sensitivity analysis method is used to get the degree of influence on pipeline, and the method to evaluate the safety of buried gas pipeline under the action of heaped load is obtained. The evaluation method is verified by large-scale surcharge test in the field, and some understandings are obtained as follows: (1) through an example, the influence of heap carrier on buried gas pipeline is systematically summarized, and the mechanical characteristics of gas pipeline under heaped load are analyzed. Including foundation deformation, soil pressure around pipe and influencing factors, under the action of surcharge, the surface stress and deformation of pipeline show obvious regularity. The feasibility of numerical simulation is verified by field test and numerical simulation. Based on this, a large-scale finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the model of pipeline and foundation soil under heaped load. By analyzing the mechanical properties of gas pipeline under the action of heaped load, the paper puts forward the surcharge distance, height of heaped load and buried depth of pipeline. Poisson's ratio has different influence on gas transmission pipeline. With the decrease of heap-load spacing and the height of heaped load, the buried depth and Poisson's ratio of pipeline increase. Based on the sensitivity analysis of the influence factors of buried gas pipeline under the surcharge, it is concluded that Poisson's ratio has the greatest influence on the surface stress of the pipeline, followed by the buried depth of the pipeline. The relationship between the additional stress of buried gas pipeline and the influencing factors is analyzed, the expression of the relationship between them is obtained, and an important method to quickly evaluate the safety of buried gas pipeline under the action of surcharge is obtained. The corresponding evaluation flow. 5) combined with Huayang large-scale surcharge test, Jianyang natural gas pipeline residual stress detection test, Longquanyi natural gas pipeline residual stress detection test, The reliability of the fast evaluation method for the safety of buried gas pipelines under the action of heaps is fully verified. (6) in view of the risks of buried gas pipelines under the action of heaped loads, five basic protective measures are studied and put forward. It provides an important reference for improving the safety of gas transmission pipeline.
